Change of Heart

* Sirius Black from Teen years*
Setting: the room of requirements, a while after breakfast...

     Peri hangs around the room of requirements with Sirius & an unconscious Jiba, while Lily & Remus are in the library looking for a way to send Peri back to her own time. Sirius seem rather tentative to Jiba while unconscious, but the way Remus looks at the seer hadn't escaped Peri's eyes either. In her opinion, Sirius doesn't deserve Jiba, Remus does & Severus deserves Lily far more than James does at this point in time-she also knew Sigrid would kill her out of jealousy just for thinking that-but it didn't matter anyways people can't help who they fall in love with...

"When did she come to Hogwarts?" She asks him

"It was the start of our second year," he tells her, "before that she was kicked out of both Beauxbatons and Ilvermorny which made up her first year..."

"Do you love her?" She asks Sirius

"That's awfully blunt," he says laughing nervously

"How bout we play twenty questions," she says with a smirk, "you answer mine and I answer yours..."

"Does me asking if the last two you asked count as your first two?" He asks with a laugh

"No it doesn't," she laughs to-letting down her guard a bit, "and yes, I'd say they do."

"Alright," he says calming down, "first-"

"Answer mine first-"

"I already answered one of yours," he argues, "it's my turn to ask-"

"Fine..."

"Tell me about the daughters of the Marauders," he states, "what are-were they like-or will be?" He asks her, "and as to your other question, I'm not entirely sure, I know that I like her...I'm not sure if it's as or more than platonic."

"Fair enough," she states, "the Corsairs-in the timeline I came from at least," she starts, "consisted of my self the daughter of Karissa Kale, and Peter Pettigrew-I grew up being raise by a grandmother whom tolerated me, a great gran who ignored me and a mum-whom during the little time I knew her, hated me due to the fact that I remind her of the man how made her love him even though she already was in love with someone else..."

"..." Sirius remains quiet

"He never knew of my existence until I was kidnaped during the war," she adds in, "he took one look at me, mistook me for Karissa and never spoke or looked at me again-I hate most people," she adds in, "I usually keep my guard up and as for after I leave this time to return to my own-I don't know how much will have changed," she explains to him, "Romula," she continues, "is Remus's and Isolde Greyback's daughter, she is...hyper, perky with moments of extreme depression or seriousness," she goes on, "I've been told she's a lot like Isolde, she has an obsession with chocolate-one could say that she's an addict," she tells him, "same silver hair and is very proud to be a werewolf..."

"..." Sirius remain quietly listening, but his expression changed into one of shock & slight irritation-probation the thought of there being an miniature or second version of Izzy running around in the future

"..." Peri remains quiet for a moment, as she tries to decide whether to tell him about Sigrid or Jemima next

"Tell me about Jemima next," he says, making up her mind for her

"You can't tell James," she first warns him, "Jemima's the youngest of the Corsairs," she starts, "Sigrid is the oldest, followed by me, then Romula and ending with Jemima," she adds in, "Jemima is-was," she corrects herself, "..." she pauses to think of how to word it, "a careful fighter," she finally states, "she did everything in her power to protect those she cared for the most-even if it caused her pain, harm or death," she tells him, "she was born with a gift from an ancestor on her mum's-Lily Evans," she clarifies, "a gift, that in the wrong hands could be dangerous-which is why the dark lord wanted her as a death eater," she adds in, "this gift was that she could she could help others speak to the dead-but at the price of years being taken off her life..."
