MONSTER | KNJ x Reader

A/N : i don't know how law works, and the order that someone must go through if he/she is being arrested, so i'm gonna write it a simple as i can. Sorry if it's wrong, critiques are welcomed😊🙏🏻

The death of Kim Namjoon was spreaded so quick just like virus and bacteria. The whole South Korea was in shocked. Big Hit was sued by the law as the fans protested a lot. They regretted liking Namjoon's and supporting his carreer, they felt like they supported a killer. A lot of them actually supported Y/N.

Namjoon's dad that knew about the news. He paid some of the media to not highlight him in any news show. He felt ashamed before, and way more ashamed after this whole incident happened. Ex-fans were pretty crazy, they could found his current address and sent hime a lot of hate letters. His social medias also filled with hate speech for his son.

Even though Y/N got supported a lot, she still wanted to surrender because how guilty she was. She couldn't live , carrying that feeling everyday.

She was sitting alone in front of the judges, and some people behind her. Her mom paid a visit to her daughter. Jungjin, Hani with the other maids and some of the bodyguards including came to her first trial, s were there too as witnesses

"Let's start with your identity, shall we?" one of the judges asked and she nodded. "Miss (Y/F/N), born in Busan, 6 May 1998, 22 years old. Daughter of Mrs (Y/Mom's Name). Moved to Seoul at the age of 21 and work in Starbucks and Seoul Pizza. Is it correct?"

She nodded again

"You are charged for the death of Mr Kim Namjoon, Big Hit Entertainment artist, a week ago, at his own house. Based on the autopsy results, you stabbed him on his mid-section 88 times, which caused an excessive blood loss."

She nodded and looked down in guilt.

"We also have our witnesses here, Mr Jungjin, also Miss Hani and friends, " the judges looked at Jungjin, Hani , the maids, and some of the bodyguards, and Jimin was one of them, the old bodyguard that got kicked by Namjoon , "and Mrs (Y/Mom's Name), Miss Y/N's mother" the judge continued.

"So, you will be sentenced 10 years of jail, accused of intentional homicide and manslaughter" the judge stated and Y/N just nodded while still looking down.

"Does everyone agree with this?"

"No, she deserved it" everyone around her said  it simultaneously.

"Okay. No defense little monster?" the judges said and smirked

"I'm not a monster" she growled.

"What do you mean, Miss?" one of the judges asked her and the other furrowed their eyebrows.

"I'M NOT A MONSTER! STOP CALLING ME A MONSTER" she exploded with rage as everyone in the room, including her mom was shocked.

"May i know who said you're a monster?" the judge carefully asked. "Y-you. I'm going to jail am i?" she looked at the judges with teary eyes.

"She definitely has a mental illnes" the judge whispered to the other.

"Okay Miss Y/N. To make it clear, everyone denied, so for witnesses, start from Mr Jungjin, can start explain what did you witness."

Y/N turned her head back and saw her closest friend, Jungjin and smiled. She just nodded at him and stared him with sad eyes.

"Kim Namjoon, he approached her first. When Y/N used to work at the Seoul Pizza, Namjoon would always visit her every single day. One day, i was being playful with Y/N and Namjoon screamed at us. Since that incident, i started to have bad feeling about him. His action showed an obssesion which came out true."

"Okay. Anything else?"

"I couldn't contacted her, she suddenly went missing. Irene and Yoongi, planned something with me but now i don't know where they go."

Hearing their names, Y/N started tearing and nonchalantly spoke, "Namjoon killed them."

Jungjin was shocked, so did the judges. So they moved quickly to the next witnesses. "Miss Hani, you can speak"

"Namjoon would always abused her when she tried to go away. He had this mindset about sharing the same pain with his lover. So when she betrayed him, he would beated her"

Y/N's mom was crying, listening to her daughter's suffers, she felt like she just failed her job as a mom.

"He also took advantage of his workers. He scooted some people that has financial problem to become his workers, so we would obeyed him and be loyal. If we didn't, he would destroy our life, knowing that we come from an unstable financial background."

"And, if i'm not mistaken, you also helped Miss Y/N to kill him?"

"I had to. I know it sounds very bad, but he could make all of us suffer. Not forgetting that he killed 2 innocent lives and faking the caused of their death"

"That's all?" the judge asked.

"Yes"

"Anyone else want to add?"

Everyone just silent.

"Okay. So 3 of us have decided that Miss Y/N is proven innocent. All of this was an accident and an act of self defense. And Miss Y/N's action was caused by an intense stress and abusing action. We will sue Big Hit Entertainment after this, for covering the artist's crime and escorting people and mistreated them."

"And instead of going to the jail, Miss Y/N will be sent to the Seoul Asylum until she recovered fully"
