After sitting with a sobbing Kam at our desk for an hour, comforting him and reassuring him that we would still talk everyday and go out for lunch and drinks and shopping trips, he finally calmed down and let me know that he was truly happy for me and proud that I was finally going to do what I'd always wanted to do.

Then, Caden got in touch with all of the very best people that he knew and before I knew it, I was setting up my business. My online store, Dainty Trinkets, was set up with the very best developers and they worked with me to ensure that the aesthetic and layout of my website was exactly how I'd envisioned it. Caden stayed in the background of the planning, only stepping in to put me in touch with someone I needed to help me and besides that, he continued running VC as well as his clubs.

Once my website was up and running, Caden arranged all of my advertising and my little online store was even up on a massive billboard in London right outside of my apartment window, where I could see it every morning when I woke up.

The orders began flowing in and after a short while, I had to begin the process of setting up office space and purchasing warehouses for the large amount of stock that was needed. Demand was high and I was unable to handle orders and enquires and everything else on my own, so I began building my team who dealt with it all for me.

After three months of my website being live, I had made more than double in earnings than three months of wages from working at VC, and the feeling of seeing my bank account and having my success show there in black and white was like no other.

Having a team work for me freed up more of my time and I continued to see Kam on the weekends whilst spending my weekdays with Caden. Eventually, I convinced Kam to hand in his resignation at VC and come over to work for me, giving him a managerial position at one of my offices.

Life was good and my relationship was beyond perfect. A few months prior, I would have laughed in the face of anyone who'd told me that I would fall in love with Caden Clark. It would have been an outrageous thought, but now it felt outrageous to imagine life without him.

I would never recommend to anyone that having a fling with their boss was ever a good idea, if anything it had brought me more heartache, stress and anxiety than anything else in my whole life. I'd forced myself to break out of my comfort zone and go against who I really was for a little while. I didn't like who I'd become, but if it hadn't been for her, I may not have ever ended up with the man of my dreams who I loved more then anything and who would do anything for me.

Who would have thought that being the good girl that turned bad would have given me everything I'd ever wanted and more? So, life was good again. No, in fact, life was perfect.
