6. Turning point

My first love who left me.
My last love whom I left.
Reaching out their hands to me.
Desperately yet earnestly.

"Y/n! Take my hand!" Tae shouted.

"Y/n, stay right there!" Jungkook did the same.

"What should I do? Who should I pick?" I mumbled.

Tae is fast, but Jungkook is so much faster! What should I do?

"Um!"

"Give me your hand!" Jungkook shouted.

"Do we have to hold hands?" I asked.

"Come on!"

"Wow" a worker huff.

"Tae!" I shouted.

"I almost lost you" he said with a worry tone.

Jungkook was left speechless.

"Gosh, they're really fast! But why did Jungkook suddenly stop?" A female worker whispered.
"I was sure he had this one in the bag"

"You're sweating! Did you sprint all the way here?" I asked.

"You're the only one who fits into this keyword" Tae said.

"Huh?"

'The one you want to keep by your side' it was written on the paper.

"No one else fits this keyword, but you. I came to take you with me. I wasn't even late this time, huh?" He said.

"Jungkook missed y/n right infront of his eyes! It was a close one, but Tae wins!" Yoongi shouted

I'm glad that tae came for me, but i'm sure Jungkook is much faster runner than him.
I looked around for Jungkook.

"Where is he?" I soon found Jungkook walking away from the crowd. He was some distance away, but for some reason.... Jungkook looked sad. Maybe I was mistaken. Why? What was he thinking? I wondered what was written on his note.

"Um.... Jungkook!" I called him out.

"Okay everybody! Let's head inside and have a quick meeting!" Yoongi shouted.

Oh, why now?

"It won't take much time. Let's quickly run through some things before dinner" he continued.

"Great job, y/n. Let's go clean up before the meeting" Tae said as he come closer.
