OPHELIA LOOKED IN THE MIRROR FOR WHAT HAD TO BE THE MILLIONTH TIME IN THE LAST TEN SECONDS.

Why was she even nervous? You might ask. She has James.

   Well, my friends. . .
   You'll see.

Ophelia froze in her stance as she heard Daniel's signature three-knock door knock on her front door. (A/N ummmm does that even make sense??)

"Coming!" She called out, checking her hair out one more time before she raced to the door, taking a moment to catch her breath before yanking the door open.

Behind the door was Daniel, with a bouquet of flowers & a largely stuffed duffel bag. Her eyebrows immediately raised at the sight of the flowers that the boy tightly clutched in his hand.

"Oh— uh, my Mom wanted me to bring these over. We didn't know what flowers you liked, so we just bought some daffodils," Daniel rambled.

Ophelia shook her head, laughing. "Daniel, thank you. Daffodils are fine, and these are lovely. Tell Lucille I say thanks," she grinned.

"Come on in. You can get settled on the couch while I put these in a vase." she said, walking out to the kitchen.

Daniel warily walked in, shutting the door behind him. He had never been inside of Ophelia's place before, so he was looking around at every nook and cranny of the place.

Once he sat down on the decently comfortable couch, Ophelia waltzed in. Daniel eyed her graphic tee shirt and pajama pants, and sent her a lazy smile.

"I guess I came overdressed," he snorted. Ophelia laughed, shrugging and muttering that it was no biggie.

She then walked over to the small VHS tape collection. "What movie do you want to watch?"

Daniel leaned forward, squinting his eyes to clear his vision at the VHS's.

"Nightmare On Elm Street looks fine." he hummed, leaning back into the couch.

Ophelia nodded, "Nightmare it is." she popped the VHS into the player, clicking on the television.

She disappeared once more into the kitchen, before returning a few moments later with two large bowls. One was full of popcorn, and he other one M&M's.
