OPHELIA PEELED OPEN HER TIRED EYES, feeling sharp tapping on her right shoulder. She let out a groggy groan as she looked up at the blonde flight attendant, who was grinning at her with a sugary sweet smile. Ophelia stretched her legs, taking in her surroundings. She realised that the entire plane was empty, except for herself and the flight attendant."Ma'am, the plane landed around fifteen minutes ago," the flight attendant informed her with a smooth and kind voice, "I'm afraid you have to leave."
Ophelia felt embarrassment flush to her cheeks as she cleared her throat, nodding her head. "Of course, I'm so sorry- I must have fallen asleep." With a nervous chuckle, Ophelia unbuckled her seatbelt and stood up, thanking the flight attendant under her breath when the woman helped bring her suitcase down from the overhead compartment.
"No problem, it's my pleasure," the flight attendant smiled at her. "Welcome to Okinawa. I think you'll like it here." She placed down Ophelia's suitcase down into the aisle before walking off, leaving the young girl to herself.
Ophelia took a small sharp breath, taking a second to officially wake up and collect herself before wiping the dried drool from the corners of her mouth embarrassedly. She then proceeded to grab her suitcase, making her way out of the plane, taking in every single aspect of her new surroundings as she stepped off.
The Okinawa airport was small and quaint. Nothing too grand, but nothing too shabby. Ophelia was lost in the peacefulness of her own mind, silently thankful that she was out of California; far, far away from the clutches of James Fenton. But this moment of peace was shattered when she realised something drastic about her situation.
She couldn't remember which town Mr. Miyagi was visiting.
And she didn't have a way to get there. How could she have been so dumb?

Gulping down the large lump in her throat, she realised she couldn't breathe well. Her chest suddenly felt heavy, and she felt dizzy. She instantly found an empty chair at one of the nearby gates and collapsed into one, leaning down and gripping her forehead with her palms. She heavily inhaled and exhaled almost manually, trying her best to calm down. She hated whenever these random attacks of anxiety hit her.
