Chosen (Draco x OC)

Not an ending....*read before you continue*

Note: Someone asked for an ending so I shall deliver. This chapter is placed during the end of deathly hallows pt 1 when they are in the Malfoy Manor.

Some Background

After the party (the last chapter) Eden and Draco decided to remain, friends, until they get a bit older. If they both still feel strongly about each other then they'd date/do something about it. (if yk yk) 

Next thing you know they end up dating in year four when they show up at the yule ball together. Both equally mesmerized by each other's outfits.

(Instead of Cedric dying, Harry got really close to Zahn. Zahn was from the same school as Krum and instead, Zahn took Cedric's place. Zahn's death affected Harry in this story equally as much as Cedrics did in the books/movies. Like he can still see Thestrals and etc)

The two break up during year five after Draco rats out Harry, Hermione, Ron, Eden, etc to Umbridge for doing magic in the room of Requirement. 

Draco tried to keep up his friendship with Eden but she didn't want anything to do with him, causing him to spiral into joining his father and making reckless decisions. 

Neither exchange very many words whilst Half-Blood Prince is going on. Besides the fact that Eden knows it was Draco who cursed Katie Bell and is the one to tell Harry.

Dracos's final push is when he finds Eden and Cedric...having fun... in the room, Draco showed her. But keep in mind Cedric was in a relationship and Eden didn't know but Draco did. 

Obviously, he was pissed about catching them in that place, of all things, but also when he tried to tell Eden that Cedric was seeing someone she pushed him away and accused him of being a liar. 

Again, this causes him to spiral and then dumbledore dies... 

Oh, boohoo. Long live Dumblewhore. 

Instead of Snape killing him, it was Draco yet Snape took the blame because of Narcissa. Harry truly believed that it was Snape who killed him so that's what he told everyone.

Draco and Eden somewhat make up when Lavender (Ceds girlfriend at the time) tried to drown herself in the Black Lake when she finds out Cedrics a cheater. 

So in the end, Draco and Eden are in a very iffy relationship. It's very awkward with them.

OH. Also, Hermione was right in the sense that Edens's mom was working for Voldemort. 

Tom Riddle put an anti-aging curse on Edens mom when they went to school together and it was meant to be broken when she found her true love. Marigold, Eden's mother, thought her love was Tom but that's not true, not even a little bit. He was just very manipulative.

Riddle cursed her because he simply doesn't feel any bit of love therefore he doesn't believe it exists. 

(He can't experience love because he was born under the effects of a love potion.) 

This curse was broken eventually when Marigold met Lee Potter. 

The reason Voldemort is so hellbent on ending the Potter family is that 1. Marigold got free of her curse because she married a Potter and 2. the prophecy said Harry Potter would be the one to kill him. 

Marigold was working for Voldemort but only because she was forced to. When Voldemort's goons finally found out she was still alive AND had a family, thanks to Peter Pettigrew spying on Eden though being Scabbers (Rons Rat), he was able to capture Lee and force Marigold to work for him. 

Not much is known, being as the story is from Edens perspective, about what's going on with Marigold and Lee. 

However, Eden has been staying with the Weasleys AND the Grangers during her time a Hogwarts. 

She also stays with Hagrid during some of the holidays so he isn't alone. 

Okay wow. A lot to digest... Now, I hope that got everyone caught up. Now enjoy the ending.
