Meleden (Eden) Venus has recently found out that she is related to Harry Potter. How will that shape her future at Hogwarts, especially when she's been placed in the Slytherin house.
"You ready?" I called to Blaise from outside his room. "The twins wanted us to be there ten minutes ago!"
We had been back at Hogwarts for a mere two days but Fred and George thought it was fit to throw a welcome back party in the Gryffindor common room.
Being as I was a close friend of Rons and had grown closer to them both over christmas break, I was invited. Along with a plus one of my choice.
"Let's go then." Blaise stepped out of his room and revealed himself to be wearing a black tuxedo with dark green trim on the edges.
"Dressing to impress?" I said in awe as I took in his look.
My own outfit looked rather underwhelming compared to his.

Oh well at least I was comfortable.
"Fred is throwing it yeah?" Blaise asked, escorting us both out of the Slytherin common room, "Everyone knows he goes both ways."
I shook my head at his words, "Everyone also knows he's gotten pretty cozy with, Noa."
Blaise shrugged, unphased by what I was saying.
"What about George?" Before I could answer he said, "Maybe I'll find myself in Paris tonight?"
Oh boy.
This was going to be a long night.
"You're definitely going to be the best dressed in the room." I said while looking at the way he was dressed again. "Are you sure you don't want to wear something that will have you blend in? Maybe something a bit more casual?"
My friend looked at me like that was the stupidest thing he had heard in his entire life.
"Excuse you." He scoffed as he wiped invisible dust off of his shoulders, "Blaise Zabini wasn't born to blend in."
My hands went up in a surrendering way as I watched him walk down the hallway, oozing confidence.
As he should.
King shit.
We reached the Gryffindor common room swiftly as a girl, who looked to be about a year younger than us, was about to go in.
"Hey, I'm Eden." I said introducing myself to the girl.
She looked familiar but I couldn't quite place her.
"I'm Nikki." The girl replied, smoothing her simple black dress.
My eyes caught notice of the small rainbow friendship bracelet she wore on her wrist.
