My whereabouts are hidden from my father since I am a hundred percent sure na kapag nalaman niya kung nasaan ako ay pababalikin niya ako sa Manila. Worse, baka maghire siya ng guard para bantayan ako.

I don't want to live a life with a tight security. Everyone deserves freedom right? I definitely deserve it.

Magmula kasi nung umalis ang mom ko ay naging istrikto si dad sa akin. He wouldn't allow me to go outside para maglaro, he is very strict when it comes to studies, bawal ang below 95 na grade. He wants me to become the epitome of perfection. Which I hate.

The day came that I made myself up. I went to my father's study to which he always stays and asked if he would allow me to decide by myself, to cut off the strings he applied to me since I was young. I said to him that I want to be free.

He then explained to me that the only thing that I should do is to follow him because he knows best than I do. Its his way of turning down my request. That made me furious.

"I WANT TO EXPERIENCE FREEDOM AGAIN, DAD! STOP CONTROLLING MY LIFE BECAUSE THIS ISN'T YOURS!" I shouted right in front of him while holding back my tears.

"HOW DARE YOU SHOUT AT ME! WHO ALLOWED YOU TO TALK LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF YOUR DAD?! THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE! GO TO YOUR ROOM AT THIS INSTANT AND DON'T EVER LEAVE THAT 4 CORNERED RECTANGLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!" he shouted back that made my tears flow.

I ran heading towards my room and locked the door. I immediately called my mom and explained what happened. She then instructed me to pack my things and leave the house without anyone noticing. She said that I should go meet her in Laguna.

In order to leave the house without anyone noticing, I used the window in my room. I made a ladder using a rope with a hook at the end and climbed down. Since my room is located in the second floor.

As soon as I touched the ground. I pulled back the rope kasi nakakabit lang ang hook sa headboard ng aking higaan. Then I put it inside my bag to hide it.

I then went to the garden para hanapin ang dati kong nahanap na labasan. No one in the household except me knew it dahil nakatago ito sa likod ng isang puno.

As soon as I got out, I called for a taxi and asked to drive me to the address that my mom gave me in Laguna.

Until today, hindi alam nila dad kung saan ako nagpunta. Hindi rin naman nila inireport sa police ang pagkawala ko dahil masisira noon ang family name namin.

My dad is a well-known business man so he definitely wouldn't let the police know about it.

So I wonder, how did Cali knew that I ran away from our house?

Yesterday was the day that Cali made me as the bait to lure the culprit behind the missing girls case. I immediately went home without letting Cali and the officers know after the girls were taken by the ambulance.

I was in deep thoughts when someone tapped my right shoulder from the back. I looked at my right and saw that it was Adrianna.

"What's on your mind, Feli? Are you bothered by something?" She asked with a worried face. "Share it with me, maybe I can help."

"Its nothing important." I answered.

"You sure?" Pagpapasiguro niya.

"Yeah, definitely sure." I assured her. I like her personality. I consider her as a reliable friend.

"Ay siya nga pala Feli, may tsismis ako." Sabi niya sa akin. Wala sigurong tsismis ang malalampasan niya.

"Ano yun?" Sagot ko sa kanya.
