~Lilith's POV~ "What happened to her?" I heard Justin ask. I wanted to open my eyes, but they wouldn't budge. "Oh, she's fine. She just blacked out. She should be waking up very soon." A woman said. I tried again to open my eyes, harder this time, and they opened! "Justin?" I said. "Lilith? Your awake? Thank goodness how are you feeling?" He asked frantically, I chuckled a bit. "Justin, I'm fine. Your the one I should be asking about! What happened?"I asked. "Well, your dad was pointing the gun at you, and I kinda jumped in front of you, then the cops came. Long story short." He risked his life for me? "You took a bullet for me? You could've died!" I said, thinking about what I would've done if he HAD died. "Yeah, I wouldn't want to live without you... Lilith I l-" Justin was cut off by Mrs. Hartley barging into the hospital room. "Hello again Lilith!" She says to me. "Once again we'll be discussing living arrangements for you. You have anything in mind?" I was about to say something when Justin spoke up. "She can stay with me." Justin said. What?! Is he really gonna do that for me? "Lilith? Would that be okay with you?" Mrs. Hartley said. I was still in shock. "Uh... Erm, y-yes. Of course!" I said, then I turned to Justin. "You would do that?" He just nodded.
*SEVERAL HOURS AND TONS OF PAPERWORK LATER*
The doctors finally released us from the hospital, and Justin took me home. "And, this will be your room." Justin said as he lead me into a huge, beautiful room. "Wow..." Is all I could say. "You like it?" Justin asked. I smiled and ran over and hugged him. "I LOVE IT JUSTIN!!!" He laughed and hugged me back. We walked into the living room and sat down on the couch. I snuggled up into Justin and he put his arm around me. "Hey Justin," I said to him. "Yeah babe?" He said. "What were you gonna say to me earlier? Before Mrs. Hartley came in?" I asked remembering that he got cut off. "Well, um, I was just gonna say that, I love you Lilith." I looked up at him and smiled the biggest smile ever. "I love you too, Justin." I said. Then I stared to think, "My life has changed so much since I met you. How did we get here?"
"Well, we used the car." Justin joked.
"Oh ha, ha." I laughed sarcastically. "I mean how did he get here at this point in life, you know?"
"Yeah, I know what you mean." He said.
"Well, Lilith, Things Happen."
