Chapter Fourteen

Sunday and Monday passed by quickly. After the show, I had to go to the after-party and I went back to my condo at around twelve. I don't clearly remember what happened during the party anymore though. I woke up late the next morning and I had a free day that day so I went to the spa to relax and had dinner with my father.

I also called Zydney but it was too bad because she's out of the country, still. By Monday I had a jam-packed schedule again and now that it is Tuesday I only have one scheduled this morning before and that is a hair appointment because I changed my mind again and decided last night that I'd dye my hair and then I'm off to Quezon again.

Which I kind of dread because first, I don't want to go back anymore where there is no internet connection, second, I want my city life back and lastly, I don't want to see Reid's face.

I know I'm being irrational with the way I'm thinking, I mean we don't have a relationship or whatsoever but still, I have already admitted to myself after having a long and serious debate inside my brain that I am indeed jealous.

And yes, I do think that I am entitled to feel this way but I am not entitled to act up like a jealous girlfriend in front of that man so I would rather not see him because I know I will not be able to stop myself.

And also, baka makalbo ko na nga talaga ang babaeng iyon dahil sa galit, inis at pagka-irita, at selos ko.

I can already see myself being scolded by my sisters and my father, and maybe abuela? I don't know but yeah. They will be furious for sure.

At ngayon nga ay sa tingin ko sampung minuto na lang ay makakarating na ako sa villa. Sa buong byahe ay natulog lang ako, sinusubukang bumawi ng tulog.

Sa loob ng sampung minuto ay nakatulog muli ako at nagising lang nang tuluyang huminto ang sasakyan.

It was already five forty five pm when I finally arrived. Naabutan ko ang mga kapatid ko na mga nanunuod sa sala ng isang sci-fi movie. Abuela isn't around them though.

When they noticed my presence they just took a glance at me before boring their eyes back to the tv. Until Ate Winter looked back at me again look at my hair and let out a deep breath before shrugging her shoulders off and turn to the tv again.

"Nice welcome." I sound so sarcastic.

"Hi Ate!" mas lalo lamang nahilaw ang ngiti ko dahil sa klase ng bati nito.

"How's the city?" tanong nit Ate Winter nang ma-upo ako sa tabi nito.

Pumikit ako at ipinatong ang ulo sa balikat niya.

"Still polluted." I simply answered that earned a smirk from her.

"How's Dad?"

"He took me to a charity event and had a meal with him." I said almost sleepily.

After a tiring week and a long drive, my body is finally drained and I just want to rest.

"Go to your room and rest Summer." si Ate Autumn na iyon so I opened my eyes to look at her and saw her with a concerned look.

Tumayo ako at saka nag-inat.

"Yep, I'm going to call it a night, don't bother calling me for dinner." sabi ko saka naglakad palayo at muling nagsalita. "See you all tomorrow."

I quickly took a shower before putting on my pajamas and went to sleep. It was a peaceful night. I had a good sleep. I feel well-rested the next morning and fully energized after a long week.

It was already nine-thirty when I woke up,  I brushed my teeth, did my morning routine change into some comfortable home clothes since I plan on just staying in the whole day, and then I decided to go down to have breakfast. Of course tapos nang kumain sila abuela at mga kapatid ko.
