Do you ever feel broken?
So broken you cannot breathe
You crumble up into a ball
And feel your old self leave
You don't feel happy anymore
But neither do you feel sad
There's a hole now inside of you
It makes you really mad
It makes you mad that someone else would shove you to the ground
It makes you mad that someone else would happily watch you drown
Slowly you're pulled under
You reach out for help
But the person you once called a friend
Now only cares about themself
The more you sink into the water
The less that you believe
That someone else will hear your call
And come and set you free
