A world in which is all my own.
An angry queen sits on a thrown.
Observing her subjects one by one.
Planning who will be her next victim.
In the woods, the rabbit leaps.
Alice follows through the woods, so deep.
They know their time is running out.
It passes faster with every shout.
"It's time for tea!" The rabbit says.
He knows that they're almost there.
"I'll pour the tea!" Alice says.
And pulls a teapot out of her hair.
They reach the meadow with their tea time table.
They set out the teapots and pour tea in their cups.
They sip their tea with elegant madness, finishing it with a gulp.
"Alice, Alice we mustn't be late!" Says the rabbit as he folds the table cloth up.
They run back through the woods until they reach the castle.
The guards welcome them in with a bow.
They run into the room with fabric thrown all across.
"Hatter, what are we going to do now?!"
"TEA TIME!" He yells as they all sit down on the floor.
They each pull teacups out of their hats.
Then a hat appears floating, a teacup as well.
"Cheshire we must finish fast!"
"I'm trying my dear, but there's no time for tea!
You all have to come immediately and see the queen!"
"We can't see the queen, for we must have our tea.
We're late you see. We're late for our tea."
"Our tea time's run slow.
It doesn't matter how fast we go.
Or how often we rhyme.
We will always be a minute behind our perfect tea time.
"You're all mad." Said the Cheshire cat.
"Even Alice has lost her head."
"Oh dear Cheshire cat, you're mad as well, can't you tell?
Your sanity is completely dead." Alice said.
"Of course I'm mad I've always been."
The Cheshire cat smiled his cheeky grin.
"Everyone here is entirely bonkers."
"When we're drinking our tea we're off our rockers."
In this world of mine, you're entirely mad.
In this world of mine, no one is sad.
You don't understand, that's because we're insane.
Everyone here has since lost their brain.
(Yes, I admit this isn't one of my best poems. But I wanted to do something Alice In Wonderland Expired.)
