I'm like a flame
I can be small hardly noticed
Or I can grow large
Burn down a civilization with a gust of wind
Like a flame
I can be your guide through the dark
I can be the tiniest spark
Or I can be used for something bigger
Watch you as you pull the trigger
Like a flame
I can be of help to you
If that is what I decide to do
Or I can burn this fucking bridge
Maybe I'll be your unfindable twinge
Like a flame
Dangerous but beautiful
But I'm out of control
So this time I won't end up merciful
Like a flame
