Mark woke up to Donghyuck tangled with him, his breathing soft and steady. They were still on the couch from last night, and the TV was off with blankets thrown on them.

Mark gently reached out to cup Donghyuck's cheek and brush his thumb over Donghyuck's lips, feeling him gently inhale and exhale.

Hyuck looked like Cupid as he slept, and Mark could swear the constellations had moved from his eyes to his birthmarks, and Mark gently began to connect them like one would with the stars.

Donghyuck stirred a little, and eventually opened his eyes to see Mark smiling at him fondly. Immediately, Mark blushed at the fact he'd been caught, but continued to connect the birthmarks, naming the constellation. "Serpens Cauda." Mark smiled as he said it, trying to hide the blush on his cheeks.

"Constellations?" Donghyuck asked, his voice husky from sleep, and Mark just nodded, not trusting his words. "What was that one?"

"The serpent's body. The serpent's head is," Mark paused, tracing it on Hyuck's skin and connecting his marks, making Donghyuck shiver a little as Mark's finger brushed over his throat and right below his lips. "Serpens Caput."

Mark had felt Donghyuck shiver, and noticed how Donghyuck seemed almost mute as he stared at Mark with a slightly open mouth, and he seemed like he was going to say something, making Mark pause. "Mark I -"

"Boys! I need to go get your brothers and sister, I'll be back!" Mrs Lee shouted. "Your dad's at work!"

"I love how she thinks I'm her son." Mark laughed, gently running his fingers through Donghyuck's hair.

"Yeah. Anyways, want to make some pop tarts?"

"Only if you have the superior flavour." Mark replied as Hyuck rolled off of him and stood up, helping Mark up and pulling him close by accident, making them both stumble and Mark grab hold of Hyuck.

"Which is?"

"Raspberry."

"Oh hell no, this is a home of s'mores pop tarts only."

"Oh no you didn't," Mark jokingly said, letting go of Donghyuck as Hyuck side-eyed him, heading out to Hyuck's room so he could change and Mark could reclaim some of the clothes Hyuck had stolen some time ago.

"Obviously better is s'mores. You know it."

"Nah," Mark said nonchalantly, flopping on Hyuck's bed as he grabbed some clothes and headed for the shower.

"Don't think this is over, we'll finish it when I get out of the shower."

"Or I can join you," Mark laughed, joking somewhat, and Donghyuck shrugged.

"I'm not stopping you baby." As he said that, Hyuck winked, making Mark gulp and try to ignore the zoo let loose in his stomach.

"You can't leave like that!" Mark shouted as Donghyuck walked out, and Mark groaned. "Fuck."

Of course, seeing as he was alone now, his thoughts were free to think about every single thing he knew about Donghyuck - and maybe more importantly, figure out when he had first gotten a crush on Hyuck.

It wasn't when Mark was in second grade, when Donghyuck had thrown up all over Mark after eating a marker. They'd become friends from that, because Hyuck felt so bad and had cried when he saw Mark, so Mark had shared his chocolate bar with him when he saw him.

That's when Donghyuck had declared them best friends, but Mark didn't consider them best friends until third grade, when Donghyuck had "accidentally" spilled glue and glitter on Mark's bully during lunch, making sure to put some in her big mouth.
