My face froze. I turned off my camera, and clicked into my phone to check the script. Nope. That wasn't a part of it. I watched as Claire and Hamzah were the only ones left on the screen. They looked surprised. I saw Hamzah look down at his phone.

Although I felt as if Haley's act was too real. I sighed and cuddled back up into my blanket. After a while I joined the zoom again and ignored the subject when someone poked it at me, just laughing it off. We chatted for a while, and Haley joined back.

A couple more minutes passed, us still going along with our show. Finally, it was time to end the zoom. We hung up and I sighed, leaning back onto the couch. The darkness started filling up the sky until it was a navy blue. I got up from the couch, turning off the lights and locking the door. I climbed into bed. Next week would be better. I would see my friends again, and I would be happy. I fell asleep, dreaming on about the next week.

I woke up, getting dressed and hopping in my car.

School dragged on and on. I fell asleep at lunch. When I finally got home, I dropped my bag, walked to my room, and fell onto my bed, falling asleep almost immediately.
I woke up and the sky was already darkening. Darnit. I jumped up and changed clothes. My stomach grumbled. I hurried to the kitchen and heated up some pasta. Grabbing my phone off the counter, I sat on the couch. I realized I hadn't checked my phone all day. I quickly scrolled through all my messages. Some from school group chats, some from freakshow, and some from other friends. I went to tiktok to see if anything had happened. I was tagged in a couple edits and hamzahxaurora conspiracy videos but nothing too dramatic. I read some of the comments.

I smiled and put down my phone. After a while of scrolling around pointlessly, I climbed into bed. Today seemed shorter than most, but as long as this week flew by then the sooner next week would come. I sighed and rolled over, texting Hamzah a quick goodnight. He responded with hearts which made me laugh. I plugged my phone in and drifted into a deep sleep.

(time skip because the rest of the days were boring)

It was Tuesday evening of the next week. I was finishing up some homework and eating a granola bar. My phone buzzed on the counter and I glanced over to see who it was.

Incoming Facetime: Hammie💕

I quickly clicked answer. Hamzahs smiling face appeared on the screen.

"Heyyyy," He said, propping up his phone against his computer. I smiled and set mine against a bowl on the counter.

"Hey bae," I said, jokingly. He laughed and ran a hand through his hair.

"You ready for saturday?" He asked. I buzzed as I remembered.

"So excited. I can't wait to see you on friday too," I said, smiling wide. He chuckled at my expression. I giggled. We chatted on for a while. He had to go. We said our goodbyes.

"Bye hammie, see you on friday," I said, kissing the screen. He kissed the screen back and we hung up. I sighed in happiness, a smile plastered on my face. I hummed as I cleaned up and put my homework away. It was getting late and I decided to turn in early. I crawled into bed, dreaming of when I would get to see Hamzah.

A/N: I am so so so so sorry. I am like so busy and this chapter is so short. I have so much school and projects due but i promise this weekend and tomorrow i'll update a LOT. also hamzah and everyone was so adorable on the stream today. Anyways remember that they are human too and to be kind to them, and don't say "it was too short," or "it wasn't funny," because they are real people with lives and it's not kind to say that 💘 also remember to not sexualise hamzah because it could make him uncomfortable which is why i'm making this fanfic not innapropro.
