Oliver, Yael, and Casiell stumbled out of the portal onto soft ground. It took a moment for all their eyes to adjust, but once they did, they saw the Ghost Realm in all it's glory.
The sky was a turqoise colour, with little white puffs of clouds dotted here and there. The grass was a pale blue and felt as soft as cotton under their feet. There was nothing but a little shop in sight that said 'SWORDS' in bold letters. There were pale, white figures floating around.
They must be ghosts,  Casiell thought as one came by and glanced at them funny before floating off.
'Welcome to the Ghost Realm,' Oliver grinned, flailing his arms around.
Yael and Casiell looked at the ghosts floating around, who were all going somewhere they had no idea about.
'Wow,' They both said at the same time.
Casiell looked at Yael and blushed.
'So, where do you think the ghost went?' Yael inquired quickly.
Oliver looked around and frowned.
"He's gotta be here somewhere," He replied.
Casiell looked at the shop since it was the only building there.
"Hey what's that?" She said, pointing to the wooden old shack.
"I don't know, how bout we check it out?" Yael said and started walking towards it.
Before they could go any further, there was a loud scream that caused Yael and Oliver to turn around frantically, only to see Casiell get swept up by a large cloaked figure and vanish into thin air.
"CASIELL!" They yelled at the same time, running towards the spot where she stood.
"WASN'T THAT THE FREAK AGAIN?" Yael yelled frantically.
"YES IT WAS, WE NEED TO FIND HER!" Oliver yelled louder in nervousness.
They turned towards the shop and ran towards it in order to get some sort of help.
"Swords?" Yael said, looking at the sign on the shop.
"Let's go in, they seem to sell ghost swords. We can buy some," Oliver said as he pushed the door of the shop open.
They went inside and looked around. The shop was filled with many sharp, gleaming swords of all shapes and sizes. There was a particular sword with a red handle that caught Yael's eyes.
A ghost dressed in casual attire greeted them. He looked like an average teenager, only, much, much paler.
"Looking for a sword?" The ghost said gloomily.
"Ah yes, do these swords have anything special about them?" Oliver asked while Yael looked around.
"Well they can kill ghosts- like they can make them disappear for good," The ghost replied bluntly, while picking up a blade with his gloved hand.
"WHAT?" Yael shreiked.
"You seem human to me, are you human?" The ghost asked, raising an eyebrow at Yael.
"Y-Yes," He replied nervously.
"Well then these swords can't harm you. They're meant only for ghosts," The ghost explained casually.
"We could use this stuff, Yael," Oliver grinned at Yael.
"Can I have that one with the red handle?" Yael asked the ghost, pointing at the sword.
The ghost nodded and handed the blade to him cautiously.
Yael gripped it and felt it's blade. He felt a connection with the sword, which was weird to describe.
"How much for that?" Oliver questioned the ghost shopkeeper.
"Nah, you can have it, first human customer I've ever gotten," The ghost said, smirking.
"Thankyou!" Yael said brightly, almost hugging the ghost guy but thinking better of it.
"Alright, let's get going now, see ya," Oliver said to the ghost as they left the shop quickly.
They quickly started looking around in search of Casiell.
"Hey I can sense her aura," Oliver said, grabbing Yael's arm.
He sniffed around and beckoned for Yael to follow him as he took the lead.
Yael kept following Oliver until they reached a field of purple coloured flowers.
"Ghost flowers," Oliver said, as he plucked one from the ground and looked at it.
The field was full of ghost flowers and a pale mist surrounded them.
"Casiell's aura is really strong here. She's really close by," Oliver said in a serious tone.
Yael looked around. He felt hollow inside, as if he'd lost something very important. There was a feeling of fear in his chest, which clamped onto his heart. He felt as if he needed to see her right now, no matter what.
He stepped forward and yelped as the ground underneath him gave in and caused him to fall into a hole that had been covered by thick grass earlier.
Oliver yelled his name and jumped in after him.

"What are you going to do to me?" Casiell said, with a scowl on her face.
She was tied to an old wooden chair in a cave like area underground. Her arms felt sore under the pressure of the ropes and a bead of sweat trickled down her face as she glared at the Greater Spirit in front of her with anger.
"Now, now, such an expression doesn't suit that pretty little face of yours," The Spirit spoke.
It was the first time Casiell had heard him. Well, the first time she heard him speak. The last time they had met, he was screaming like he'd lost his eyeballs.
Casiell growled at the Spirit.
"Answer me," She said in a demanding tone.
"Well, I'm just going to-" The spirit started but was interrupted by a loud crash as a red haired boy with a sword and a pale blue ghost fell or floated (whichever you wanna call it) down from the ceiling.
"YAEL! OLIVER!" Casiell yelled in joy.
"What is the meaning of this?" The Spirit scowled.

The boys stood up and Yael pointed his word toward the Spirit.
"FREE HER OR ELSE," Yael yelled in anger with determination in his eyes.
Casiell's heart pounded at the thought of Yael coming to her rescue. She felt warm inside, she felt special. A blush crept up her cheeks as she saw him heroically standing there with a sword pointed towards her captive. Now that she thought about it, he was actually really handsome.
"Or what? What are you going to do?" The Spirit said mockingly.
"Or we're going to slice you with this ghost sword," Oliver said pointing to it.
"Ghost sword!?" The spirit exclaimed, "Those are ILLEGAL!"
"Wait what-" Oliver started.
"Alright that's enough. Hand her over NOW," Yael yelled in annoyance.
"No," The Spirit declined.
Yael leaped forward in anger. He did not want Casiell to be near that freak for even a second.
"WAIT, WAIT, YOU CAN'T KILL ME," The Spirit yelled in fear as he leaped out of the way just before Yael was able to slash at him.
"I KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT HER THAT SHE'S HIDING FROM YOU," The Spirit bellowed scurrying to the end of the room.
Yael stopped in his tracks and glared at the ghost. He had wanted to finally find out about Casiell and he knew she was hiding something from them. Something big.
"What?" Oliver said, rushing towards Casiell to untie her.
"What is he talking about, Casiell?" Yael said, looking at her. What was this all about? What was the reason she didn't want to tell them about this 'secret'. Why did she have WINGS in the picture Oliver had found of her? All these questions raced through his head as he looked at Casiell.
She gulped, and averted her gaze. She couldn't tell them about it. If she told them, they'd never like her again. They would think she's a freak, but then again, they were so sweet to her and had become her good friends. Maybe it was time she finally told them. Maybe they'd accept her.
Casiell looked at Oliver, then at Yael, then she sighed.
"See? She's hiding it. I know what it is, but it will only be fair if she tells you herself," The spirit said.
A wide grin spread across his dark hooded face.
"Stop pushing her! It's none of your business anyways you stupid filthy grey blob that can't use a TV!" Yael yelled at him. If Casiell didn't want to tell us, then there must be a good reason why, he thought.
The Spirit glared at him, highly offended.
"No," Casiell interrupted, "You deserve to know."
Yael and Oliver looked at her in shock. The spirit grinned.
She took a deep breath as she got ready to tell them what she'd been hiding.
She was only hoping that they wouldn't leave her after this.
