Chapter 22 (part-3)

with you if you let me." I said softly.

"I need you to be there with me. I don't think I will be able do it alone. I will definitely chicken out if I will be alone. I need you to...... I don't know but all I know I need you to be there with me. I may break down and collapse......."

I felt the shiver in his voice so I stopped him from talking any further. “shhh. You don't need any reasons to convince me. As I said I will be there with you. What are friends for after all if they don't be there when in the need of your hour." I told him. “Now tell me more about her. I wanna know the epic Rudrani agrawal who kept your ego in check before me” I said lighting up the mood and I succeeded as I heard a chuckle escape from his mouth.

" She was a great person though she was annoying as hell. Always using me as her butler and making me do her things......."

We talked for sometimes about the happy times which lighted the mood. He told me about her and I told him about my childhood with my brother all the good memories only. We laughed talking about our annoying sibling while laying on the ground with our foot dipped in water and gazing at the sky. It was something that I can never forget.

Definitely adventurous.

After an hour or so I realized we have spent more than the time we should if we wanted to reach home on time. It was  past 10 now and we still have 4 hour's journey left.

"As much as I love this place I think we should leave now." I told him. He nodded. We got up from floor and stood straight . My foot was feeling numb but after 2-3 minutes it got the feeling of blood running again and I was good to walk.

I looked back at rudra who was abruptly standing there while looking at me. I saw a hint of mischief in his eyes.

Ah oww. Red alert.

"Let's go." I said in a hurry and started walking away from him but he held my hand to stop me from going far.

"I am not losing the challenge." he told me with a smirk which made my heart beat fast in anticipation.

"Rudra, you have already won. You are the most adventurous person I have ever met. I agree to whatever the favor you want. I won't annoy you anymore........."

"We are skinny dipping."

"yes anything. You are great...... Wait What. Are you mad? Have you lost your mind?  Skinny dipping, at this odd hour of night in the month of November and not to mention the weather is chilly than usual?" I asked in shock.

He has officially lost his mind.

"Stop counting the odds about it and try. Okay just for you we are not doing skinny dipping but we are dipping nonetheless." He said

"You are a mad man if you think I will strip down for you." I snorted.

Oh, I will happily do if he wants to do but he doesn't have to know that.

"We will check that later." He pulled my hand. I know he will not let me go. He is hell bent down to prove me that he is adventurous

"And that's the time when I use my P.T. Usha skills." I said and pulled my hand suddenly and make a run away from him but he was hot on his heels and caught me in his arms before I can make it too far.

"Leave me you ass." I complained while struggling in his arms. My back was attached to his chest and his arms were wrapped around my waist and he was walking while lifting me in his arms. I wasn't able to use my hands as he was holding them with his. I tried my best to wiggle out of his grasp but everything failed.
