Liberty turned once again in her bed, when suddenly the door was slammed open, making the girl jump in her bed.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS!" The couple congratulates her.

She smiles.

"You scared me!" She giggles.

"Oh my little girl is getting so big." Jack pouts and hugs her.

"Daaaad..." She whines.

The couple chuckles.

"Close you eyes cutie, we have a surprise for you!"

She girl complies with a big smile.

"No peeking girly." Zach playfully warns.

"I promise I won't!"

Jack sets a small box in front of her.

"Open your eyes princess...we hope you like it."

The girl opens her eyes and the box.

It was a necklace with a silver L and a guitar pick.

"This is so pretty...but what about the pick?"

Zach cracks a big smile.

"Check your closet." the girl looks at him in belief and gets up.

It was a classical guitar painted by Zach.

"I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!" She yells.

The couple chuckles.

"Cmon cutie, breakfast is waiting."

"And it's your favorite..."

"Pancakes with drawings?"

"With my special recipe."

"This is the best day ever!" The three chuckle.

Zach and Jack wait outside for Liberty and her friend, Melanie, to get out of school.

"What are we making for dinner?" The brunet asks.

"Her favorite is your lasagna."

"Are you saying that because it's you favorite or?"

"She told me herself." Jack looks away, clearly lying.

"Is that so huh? Then maybe I am making my special lasagna."

"Yes please baby!" Jack pouts.

They chuckle.

"You know you can just ask me to make it, it doesn't have to be a special occasion." Zach hugs him and pecks his cheek.

"I love you."

"I love you too bab-"

"Dad! Momma!" Liberty hugs them both tightly.

"Hey princess, how was school?"

"Good! Oh! This is Melanie!" Zach looks at the little girl.

She had dark skin and bright green eyes, her curly hair was in two puffy pigtails.

"Hey Melanie, I'm Zach." He stretched out his hand.

"Hi..." She shakes his hand and looks at Liberty.

"You said your mom and dad were gonna pick us up..." Zach looks at Jack with a worried look.

"And they are, this is my momma and my dad."She explains

"Oh...but he's a boy..." The brunets breath hitches.

"Yeah, but he is like a mom to me...so I call him momma."

"Oh! you could've said that earlier."She smiles.

Zach breathes out.

There is nothing more innocent than a child.

The girls chuckle.

"Melanie honey, do you like lasagna?" She nods excitedly.

"My momma does the best recipe."

"Oh I hope you my recipe too." Zach smiles.

"....and food for my big baby."The brunet serves Jack.

They all chuckle.

"Thanks angel."

They all take a bite and Melanie hums specially louder than the others.

"Do you like it Mel?"

"This is better than my mom's recipe...can i have this for the rest of my life?" They chuckle.

"Oh speaking of the rest of my life...i was checking a house this morning and I think I found it."

"Really?"

"Yeah it's really close to school..."  Jack and Zach keep talking animatedly.

"I like your momma... he's very nice and he is very good at cooking." Melanie explains.

"Yeah...and he makes my dad so happy... I haven't heard him cry since they met..."

"Oh that's nice...i wish my mom and dad were as happy as yours..."

"Hey...im sure they'll be happy some day...my momma and dad love you too okay Mel? I'm sure they'll let you sleepover more often."

"Thank you Liberty...i love you."

"I love you too, you're my best friend."

Zach pouts adorably and nudges Jack.

"Our baby is growing up so fast isn't she?" The curly head smiles.

"She is baby...I'm so proud..." Zach wipes a fake tear.

They chuckle.

"You're so cute." Jack smiles.

The curly head's eyes suddenly light up.

"Babe I gotta tell you something." Jack mutters.

"Whats wrong?"

"One of my students...she uh...flirted with me."

Zach looks at him and chuckles.

"Just that?"

Jack nods and takes a forkful off of the lasagna.

"Yeah, it was very weird... and I don't know I just felt like I had to tell you... you're not jealous are you?"

Zach laughs.

"Of course not baby...i know you love me."

"And I do, a lot."

"Yeah, but I'm coming with you tomorrow to see who was the bitch that had the audacity to flirt with my man."He smiles sweetly.

Jack chuckles.

"I love you babe."

"I love you too babe,and I'll give you a few hickeys to show that you're mine...if you want."

Jack blushes lightly.
