*they all burst through Aaron's front door including Kai who is in mimi's arms*
Aaron- what the fuck happened?!
Melissa- Ben happened *she says laying Sky down on the sofa along with Harvey*
Aaron- what caused this?!
Mimi- he was being controlling with me and they all stuck up for me and Ben didn't like it and I ended my relationship with him and he threw a mistletoe knife right at us and the person in direct firing line was sky. She dropped to the floor. She was conscious and then all of a sudden this black blood started pouring out of her *she starts to cry*
Max- Harvey tried to stop it but it just kept on getting worse and it was soaking through all the towels that we brought with us. We thought that she would heal that's why we took so long getting here but she just progressively got worse
Aaron- it's mistletoe you idiots! You guys can't heal from that shit! Where's jay?! He would have told you that!
Jay- I'm right here and I'm currently feeling her pain so if you don't mind can you stop shouting and let me concentrate also there's a baby and you're scaring him so calm yourself down. Thank you.
Aaron- *nods* right we need wolves-bane. I know it sounds silly and like a suicide mission but it's the only thing that stops mistletoe poisoning. It won't affect her if we don't put too much in her wound.
Harvey- are you crazy?!
Jay- stop shouting!
Aaron- yes I'm crazy. But it's the only thing that will work.
Melissa- have you actually healed anyone from this before?
Aaron- yes... her mother *he looks down at sky who is drifting in and out of consciousness*
Max- well in that case we need to hurry up then
Aaron- I have some in the kitchen for reasons exactly like this someone hurry up and get it
*Melissa runs out of the room and grabs the wolves-bane as she is the only one that can't get affected by it*
Melissa- here
Aaron- I can't do it... Melissa you're going to have to do it... you're the only one in this room who it doesn't affect.
Melissa- *looks around at everyone* what do I need to do?
Aaron- you need to press it into her wounds and hold it there. Someone is going to need to pin her down because she will try and get up and move because it's gonna hurt her. In fact no make that 2 people she's stronger than any of us here. Two people hold either shoulder and one person hold her feet while Melissa pushes the wolves-bane in.
Max- Harvey and I will hold her shoulders
Mimi- I'll grab her feet because jay is still in pain.
Aaron- jay take Kai out of the room he can't see this *he hands Kai to jay*
*Jay nods takes Kai and walks out of the room to one of the bedrooms upstairs*
Aaron- right I'm here to instruct you. Now is everyone ready?
*Harvey grabs Sky's right shoulder and nods. Max grabs her left shoulder and nods. Mimi grabs her feet and legs and nods. Melissa gives a week smile with tears in her eyes and nods*
Aaron- okay Melissa. Lift her top up very carefully and check to see if there is any mistletoe still in the wound and if there is you will need to get it out or it won't work.
*Melissa lifts Sky's top up and inspects the wound carefully. She notices that there's nothing there but black blood pouring from the deepened hold in Sky's stomach.*
Melissa- n-no there isn't anything there *she manages to stammer out*
Aaron- okay... now grab the wolves-bane and push it into the wound. Don't stop. She will scream and cry and shake but it's the only way that this is going to work. Don't stop until I say so.
*Melissa grabs the wolves-bane off of the table and pushes it into Sky's wound. Sky screams in pain and Melissa has tears falling down her face. Max, Harvey and Mimi are all struggling to keep her down. Sky manages to break free from Max and bite Melissa but she still keeps going and Max manages to regain his grip on sky.*
Aaron- okay Melissa it's gone you can stop!
*Melissa falls backwards onto the floor. While Aaron rushes over to sky and everyone else crowds around her to see if she's okay. Jay came bursting into the room with Kai and set him down on the sofa while he goes and tends to Sky. Leaving Melissa more or less bleeding out from Sky's Kitsunae bite on the floor behind everyone.*
Harvey- uh guys. Melissa doesn't look so good *he says while rushing to her side and she collapses on him*
Jay- Melissa!
Sky- did I do that? *she says cupping her mouth with her hand*
Mimi- yes you did but she refused to stop so that she could help you. You were dying.
Sky- but now she could die. Has a Kitsunae ever bitten anyone before? *she looks at Jay with pleading eyes* and if they have... have they survived? *she says giving him the same look but now with tears streaming down her face*
Jay- uh... sky... normal Kitsunae's have bitten people and they have survived with a scar and a headache but you're the alpha you're the only alpha I don't know what happens if an alpha bites someone *he says his voice breaking*
Sky- this is why I didn't wanna get close to someone again! Mary died because of me and now Melissa is going to die because of me! *she breaks down while Max pulls her into his arms*
Max- she might not die Sky
Sky- you don't know that Max
Max- but you also don't know if she will die Sky
Mimi- uh guys
Jay- what's up?
Mimi- she's glowing. Melissa is glowing...
*everyone turns their attention to her and she is indeed glowing with a bright white light surrounding her. She starts to float. She floats off of Harvey's lap and up to the ceiling. She opens her eyes and the same bright white light is in her eyes too you can't see the colour of her eyes anymore it's just white light.*
Sky- jay what's happening?
Jay- I don't know I've never seen something like this before
*everyone turns to Aaron in hopes that he might have some answers*
Aaron- why's everyone looking at me?
Max- you've been a Kitsunae longer than us. You must know what's happening
Aaron- she's a watcher. She can't die.
Harvey- you seriously could have told us that before we all started freaking out about it
Aaron- however I don't currently know what's happening to her right now. All I know is that she can't die
*CRASH. The whole room goes into darkness*
