Jamie's PoV
When I got back everyone was awake and looking at me as though they had just seen a ghost. I just looked at them confused, took Kai out of the pushchair (stroller) and handed him to Sky and walked passed them into the kitchen and made myself a drink. I wander why they were looking at me like that? Oh well I guess I'm going to find out in like 10 seconds because I can hear Harvey's footsteps from in the kitchen and the front door is quite a walk away from here. He walks in looks at me cocks his head to the side and opens his mouth to speak but it's like he's studying my face for some sort of reaction before he does. Like he's bracing himself for me having a go at him. I'm not. It's Harvey. How can I lash out at someone who I have feelings for? Someone who has helped me with so much? I smile as a gesture for him to speak and he finally opens his mouth and let's the words flow out.
Harvey- you cleaned? And took the baby out? All before we woke up?
Jamie- yeah? Shouldn't I have done that?
Harvey- Jamie Kai isn't your baby you don't have to do that you know
Jamie- I know that but he's technically not anyone's baby in this house but we all look after him like he's one of our own even though Max and Sky and technically his parents. Besides I don't mind. I needed to get out of the house anyway *she smiles*
Harvey- but you cleaned the whole bottom floor Jamie. This is a big house. If you're so mad at us then why are you doing nice things for us?
Jamie- I'm not mad at you lot Harv. I'm just not speaking to you guys because I don't want to take my anger out on any of you.... especially you Harvey *she says walking up to him and putting her hand on his cheek*
Harvey- *places his hand on hers* thank you
Jamie- what for?
Harvey- you have just given me the proof and reassurance that I need Sky was right
Jamie- right about what?
*he explains the talk him and Sky had the night before*
Jamie- Sky is a very wise girl, you should listen to her more *she smiles*
Harvey- wait so she is right? You do like me?
Jamie- yes Harv
Harvey- *picks her up and spins her around* I'm so happy I haven't felt this happy in a long time *he smiles*
Jamie- Harvey we aren't together yet *she laughs* but I'm glad you're happy
*just then Jay and Melody run in frantically*
Harvey- what's wrong?! *he says placing Jamie down*
Melody- you guys need to get out here quick
Jamie- what? Why?
Jay- don't ask questions just follow us
*they run back with Jamie and Harvey close behind them. When they get into the living room they see a girl in her early 20's standing in the middle of the room half naked with scorch marks down her body shaking and terrified*
Max- Jamie she says she knows you
Jamie- *steps closer to study who this person is* Luna? Luna is that you?! *she starts to sob*
Girl- yes it's me Jamie *she says also crying*
Jamie- but I-I thought you were dead
Luna- no they took me away they thought I was dead too but when they found out I wasn't they kept me as their personal bodyguard and when I heard them talking about killing you I flipped so they took my powers away from me. They have a witch not as powerful as you but still pretty powerful. He took my powers and then they threw fire at me and left me for dead. I managed to find Aaron and he told me where you were. I came to find you sis.
Sky- I thought the empress killed your family
Jamie- somehow Luna managed to stay alive all of these years
Harvey- here take my jacket and cover yourself up until we find you some clothes *he says pulling his jacket off and wrapping it around Luna*
Luna- ouch
Harvey- are you okay? Did I hurt you?
Luna- no I just have wounds from what they did to me
Jamie- here lay down I've been practicing healing spells. Melody do me a favour and go upstairs in my wardrobe and get me some jeans underwear socks a t-shirt and some trainers so that Luna can change please.
Melody- okay sure *she smiles and walks upstairs*
Jamie- right this might tingle or make you feel weird but that just means it's working.
*Jamie chants a spell while hovering over her sisters wounds with her hands. After about 5 minuets she's finished and her sister is all healed.*
Sky- would you like to take a shower to get all of the scorch marks off of you?
Luna- yes please
Sky- okay I'll take you up Melody has put your clothes in the bathroom for you. We will meet you back down here when you're done
*they both walk upstairs*
Harvey- *turns to Jamie* how are you feeling?
Jamie- well I've just found out that my big sister isn't dead after all and I've also found out that my house protection spell is going a really shit job of keeping people out but other than that I'm fine *she says flustered*
Harvey- okay you sit down and relax we will speak more with your sister when she's done
*they all sit down in a comfortable silence*
