Aphmau's POV
"Aphmau. We should be going to get ready.", Garroth said to me.
"Yeah."
We got the ship ready and boarded. We hadn't told anyone yet about Shad except those who visited us after we passed out, but we were going to tell the others soon hopefully. But should we tell Laurance and Vylad? Well, Vylad's probably still asleep. And I don't want Laurance to worry or stress himself out because of this. Thankfully, I asked those we did tell not to tell him that part. When we are in private I told Katelyn and Travis of the new info separately. For Katelyn I told her everything but for Travis I didn't say anything about 'The Calling'. When we got to the Island the people there were still sceptical about Travis. He kept saying everything was alright but I know it wasn't. Travis has protected them for so long and this is how they treat him. We went to were his old house was on the mountain to talk.
"So where will we find the relic?", Laurance asked.
"Well, I think that if Travis doesn't have it at the moment maybe the demon warlock does.", Katelyn says looking at Travis.
"Maybe, we should go to were the portal is to get to his dimension then.", he responded.
We went to that spot and opened the portal. Laurance, Katelyn and Garroth would stay here and Travis and I would go in. When I got in we had a full-blown fight (I won't write it in detail as it is based on the last fight they had.), and Travis destroyed the demon warlock for good. After he did so we appeared back in our world but Travis was badly injured so we brought him to a doctor as I could not heal him because of exhaustion. After he felt better (Alina was in this she would be trying to make him feel better :P.) we went back to the village told them the demon warlock was gone, and they still were NOT appreciative of Travis! We decided to leave the Island but then I realised, we got the relic but why isn't it going to Travis?
I asked him this and he told me he simply didn't want it; he was finally free and he wanted to experience living life. We all agreed with him and Travis said that when he was ready he would accept it just not now. "So what now Captain Aphmau?", Katelyn said walking in.
"Before we leave can we go up to Enki's Vault? There might be a clue there that may help us find the rest of the descendants and relics."
"Sure I'll go tell the others where we are going.", she said Leaving the room.
Garroth and Travis decided to hang back at the ship and Laurance went with Katelyn and I. When we got to the vault it opened and we stepped inside to only see what their last time was, the book with Enki's letter to Irene.
"So, is this what we came to see,", Laurance said examining the book, "it has no words." I explained to them about the book and that their might be something else.
"Enki was known was the keeper so he might have a library we could find answers to."
"Makes sense.", said Laurance. We walked around the room looking for a clue when I touched a small symbol on the wall a room revealed itself.
We walked in and looked inside the books, NOTHNG. The books had no words. "What good is a Library of books, if the books themselves have no words in them.", Katelyn fumed.
"Hey, look this one actually has words. But I don't understand the language.", Laurance called out holding a book I had just put down.
I looked at the book and saw a flash of light. In a vision I saw Irene and Menphia talking. Menphia told Irene that she was going to go to the Tul'la region. Irene told her to be careful and they bid their good-byes. And that was the end of the vision
So..., for this chapter I basically summarized one of the episodes in season 3 in my own version and I realized how much I actual missed Alina's character in the book. Either way ta-ta for now ~AstridTJC.
