"kodyyy!" lumine pounced on his friend (boyfriend?)'s bed. a sleepy kody groaned from beneath. "lumine, go away," he grumbled, pushing him off the bed.
he didn't even flinch when he heard a loud thump. "oww...kody!" lumine whined, rubbing the back of his head. "it's christmas! you should get outta bed!"
5 years later
kody finally reached for his phone to check the time. "fine. i'm awake. happy?" he asked when he saw lumine happily wagging his tail, staring up at him.
"yayy! i'll let you get changed. i think aiden has an outfit laid out for you!" lumine said gleefully as he closed the door.
kody rolled his eyes but looked at his dresser. there an ugly green christmas sweater with pompoms hanging off of it and a pair of black pants.
he gave in and pulled them on. he went downstairs to find lumine, silver, sherry, and his dad sitting under the christmas tree.
"merry christmas, kody!!" they cheered. "kody! i got you something!" lumine said and handed him a small present from under the tree.
"oh, uh, thanks," he said and unwrapped it to find the video game they wanted to play together. "wow, now we can play it," kody remarked.
lumine nodded eagerly. kody pulled a present from under the tree and handed it to his friend without saying anything.
he unwrapped it. "ooh! thank you, kody!!" lumine said. inside was an attack on titan manga he wanted to read. kody blushed suddenly and nodded awkwardly.
"merry christmas, everyone!" lumine announced. "merry christmas, lumine," kody whispered.
A/N: i'm sry i've been so busy lmaooo i had to study for finals and i've been binging animes so uh tell me if y'all want me to make a new story and what anime lol so far i've watched haikyuu, anohana, orange, and clannad but i'm planning to watch aot and maybe hunter x hunter :)
