He was gazing upon the night sky with deep thoughts. Bela cleared her throat to gain his attention.
"Mah.... ir.. ji" she called his hesitantly
"Oh you came" he replied
She gave him milk and said, "Ma said you drink milk every night"
Mahir drank the milk and went towards the cupboard. Beside the cupboard a large photo of divya was there.
"You may be wondering who she is, she's divya, my ex gf. Now she's no more. Seeing her photo here will be an irritation for you, so I'll remove it" he said taking the photo from there
Bela:No, I have no problem. It's your room you can put whatever here.
Mahir:No bela, it's not that

In bela's mind the words said by ria replayed.
"If what ria told is true, then there's a chance of him to do something against me. But he said, he don't any sort of physical relation with me. Was he lying?" She thought
Suddenly mahir started moving towards her. She felt as if her prophecy is coming true.
"What he's going to do now? I can't scream because he's my husband and I'm his wife" thoughts ran through her mind
With each step of mahir forward she took each step backward atlast she got pinned to the wall. She could feel mahir's breathe. He moved his hands towards her waist.
"Mah.. ir.. ji... no... n.. no" she tried to say
Suddenly a glass broke. Bela turned back woth terror.

Mahir:You were so close to this glass, I wanted to take this glass form here but you kept on moving and atlast broke it.
Bela who was sweating, wiped off her sweat and said, "Act.. ually sorry I'll clean it"
"No you may hurt yourself" he said pushing her slightly away
He leaned to take the glass pieces while bela too leaned. Accidentally both bumped their head.
"Ouch, Bela I said na, I'll clean it. Why you are interfering here." He said and cleaned everything

"Mahir ji, can I ask you something" bela asked to mahir
Mahir:What?
Bela:Where should I sleep?
Mahir:In my head
Bela:What?
Mahir:Arey, don't you have sense! Sleep in the bed
Bela:Then where will you sleep?
Mahir:In the couch
Bela:No.. mahi... r... ji.. I'll.. slee.. p.. in
Before she could complete mahir placed his finger on her lip shocking her.
"I know what to do and what not to. Go and sleep in the bed" he said rudely
and he took a bedsheet and a pillow and laid on the couch.
She laid on the bed.
"He's not as bad as I thought. But he trapped me that night, so I can't believe he's good. He cared about me. Maybe it's his acting. I should follow him and find out the truth." She thought
"This bela is so naive. She don't love me but I love her but not as a wife or a lover." Mahir thought

It was 1am. Hearing knock on the door both behir woke up. When mahir was going to open the door, bela suddenly stopped him.
"Mahir ji, we are sleeping in different areas but we are wife and husband in other's eyes."
Both of them remobed thr bedsheet from the couch and placed the pillow from couch to bed. Mahir then opened the door. It was aditya
Mahir:Why you at this late night?
Aditya:Why you became so late to open the door? (Suppressing his laughter)
Mahir:Late... what you mean?
Aditya:Bela bhabhi hasn't changed her wedding dress. Wear someother dress how you can sleep wearing this lehenga
Mahir:For giving us advice you came this late night.
Aditya:Actually I heard the sound a glass being broken. What was it?
(Winking)
Mahir:Why you are laughing and winking? Go and sleep and shut up your bloody mouth
Aditya:Why are you hurrying to kick me out of the room? Tell me the reason.
Mahir:Stop your double meaning jokes
Mahir closed the door.

"They are thinking something else about us" bela said blushing
Mahir:I don't care about it.
He went and slept in the couch
"Why he's so serious always! I haven't seen him smiling. His brothers are so funny and nice but he's not at all." Bela muttered

"Beta, why you woke up this much earlier" asked sumitra seeing bela
Bela:In my house also I wake up earlier
Sumitra:This is also your house.
Bela smiled.

"She's trying to flatten mom" kuhu said jealously to vish who came back after jogging
Vish:Kuhu, why you hate her this much? She's so nice.
Kuhu:But she trapped my bhai
Vish:How can you think so, anyway I don't want to quarrel with you

"Hi bhabhi, how was yesterday night" aditya and yuvi asked to bela
Bela started being embarrassed hearing it.
Vish:Yuvi, why are you asking such questions? Stop this
Aditya:Bhabhi hand has a scratch, is it a love symbol by bhai

"Yeh, I'm lion maybe I'll kill both of you" mahir said from somewhere
Aditya and yuvi suddenly got scared because they were sure what will happen if they tease mahir like that.
Mahir came to bela and placed his hand over her back pulling her close to him and said, "Stop your crap. Yesterday was our first night, what all will happen you both know. Then if you start again this conversation, I know how to reply"
