Chapter 3

I walked with my bags in hand back up to the clearing were James had told me last night that he would meet me their to pick me up. As I walked into the clearing I saw him my James I ran over to him and kissed him.

"Did you miss me," James said with a chuckle. James smiled at me in complete happiness, like everything in the world makes since to him now.

"I have missed you for 7 years James," I said kissing him again, "And I will never let you go," I said smiling up at him.

As we walked to James's Jeep he grab my bags and help me up to my seat. I was about a half hour drive to the Academy and we listen to the radio.

"So how has your life been" said James and laughed. He still seems to be the same goofy kid he was before.

"My life has been crap James, since you left its just been going downhill," I said to James.

"I thought I was doing the right thing Violet, I'm sorry," James said to me grabbing my hand and squeezing it gently.

"I know just next time just tell me, okay," I said to James in a low voice.

"Promise," James said to me, kissing my hand.

About 10 minutes later we pulled into the Academy of The Supernatural or ATS. The campus was huge probably the size of Chicago. James and I got out of the jeep and approach the entrance of the Academy. As we reached the top of the stairs, a woman with black hair in the style of a pixie cut walked out of the beautifully crafted black door. The woman was waring a long dark purple ball gown and silver jewelry.

"Hello there young witchling, I am Kittarra Spells the dean of the Academy of the supernatural and as such I hope you enjoy your stay with us. This will be you home for the remainder of your college life, so enjoy." Said the woman, "Now come we must talk," she continued motioning for me to come with her. I walked forward and left James on the steps.

"Do you know where you will be staying Violet," Kittarra said as we walked through the corridors of the Academy.

"Yes ma'am I will be staying with James at his place," I said smiling at the thought of living with James.

"Good and you will be needing this," Kittarra said as she pulled out a black credit card and handed it to me. "This is for you, everyone at the Academy has a Black Card, it has unlimited money on it and it can be used anywhere."

"Thanks," I said tucking the card into my pocket.

"Okay you are all ready to get the Life Vine tattoo from Angel," she said as she motioned for me to go through the door.

As I walked through the door I saw James standing on the other side. He was smiling at me with his amazing smile that I love so much. A girl about my age came over to me. She had honey blonde hair that went past her hips and gold eyes.

"Well hello there I'm Angel Immortal and I will be doing your Life Vine tattoo today, now come over and sit in that chair right over their and we will get started," Angel said with a gorgeous smile.

I sat down on the chair and I watched as Angel grabbed this iridescent black ink. I started to get nervous when she loaded it into a tattoo gun.

"Your not going to tattoo me are you,"I asked Angel who just smiled.

"Don't worry it don't hurt at all, this is mandatory, the life vein stop diseases, aging, and lets out your true powers, but don't worry your menstrual cycle and that stuff will not be affected," Angel said with a smile as she started to tattoo me on my left arm . She was right I didn't feel a thing, I felt stronger if nothing. Soon enough it was done and I got up and looked at the mirror on the wall. It was a small vine with a rose on the top. It was beautifully done in black and silver. A surge of power came over me and I loved it, to feel this power, to not feel weak

James and I was driving back to our house.

"Do you like my mother,Kittarra," James said.

"Kittarra is you mother," I said to James with a smile.

"Yep," James said smiling.
