Stevie was stunned. They had only been open for a matter of hours, it was one and the shop opened at eleven, and they had already made a couple of sales. Mostly incense and crystals and they could tell that the people that bought them were hippies and solely buying them for decorations but they were making money and that's all that mattered. Stevie was loomed up against a wall just staring at a statue of a crow with a goddess wrapped around it. Carmel had said that it was supposed to be the High Priestess but Stevie didn't believe it as she wasn't dressed in blue garb.

"You're somewhere else right now," Robin says tapping her red fingernails on the counter.

"Mick and I got into a giant fight this morning. He wants me to have nothing to do with this place and the fact that I'm working today is making him so angry it's stupid." Her hand goes up to her eye where she knows a bruise is going to be eventually.

The argument made him so mad that he slapped her, hard. She just stormed out of the house then and as soon as she got to work she snorted a little bit more cocaine than she probably should've because she felt kind of flighty but at the same time, woozy.

The bell rang above the door and Stevie cast her gaze up and then straightened up when she saw a certain curly-headed man walk in.

"Lindsey you came!" She cheers.

"I did, I wanted to check the place out." Lindsey smiles as she embraces him lovingly.

"Well, over here we have the crystals. This is all of our incense and incense burners, Over here we have some beginner books. These are our shawls, and here's what we offer." Stevie points to the poster board.

"Well, how much is it for you to give me a tare-rot reading." Lindsey smiles.

"Tare-Oh Lindsey, Tare-Oh not Tare-Rot." Stevie chuckles lightly.

"Fine. Tare-OH reading." He enunciates.

"Well, it's fifteen bucks but honey you don't have to pay for one." Stevie shakes her head.

"But I want to pay you." Lindsey expresses.

"Well fine, pay Robin for me, and then come on in to my sacred space." Stevie opens up a room that had been freshly blessed and cleansed by Sharon that morning.

Lindsey stepped in and it felt like the essence of Stevie just hit him. The walls were a deep red, the wooden floor had a red and gold patterned carpet on it. There wasn't a table in sight, just four red pillows on the floor in front of deep purple what looked like velvet scarf on the floor. There were lamps scattered around the room all dimly lit and he could see walls with a whole bunch of tarot cards lining them.

"So many boxes of cards," Lindsey tells her.

"Yes, they're for sale. Prices range from 5-15 dollars. Take a seat on the red pillows." Stevie instructs.

"It's nice in here, warm...all you." Lindsey smiles perching on one of the red velvet pillows on the floor.

"Well thanks, it's my space it's supposed to. I know Sharon's space has shawls and pinks and greens everywhere. I tend to be dark and brooding so I went with the darker colors. Do you want sugarcoated or brutally honest?" Stevie inquires going over to what looks to be a nightstand and unlocking it.
