Omega's POV

I stared at Victors face.

He was pale.

Too pale.

I sighed and ran my hand through my hair. I stood up and searched around the small desk next to the bed. Finally, I found a few papers with his blood type and everything I needed to know. I took the pitcher of water and stuck my hand in it. I closed my eyes and concentrated. Hard. I felt a heavy weight on my chest. I knew this wasn'y good for me. The water became thicker. My vision was blurry. I placed it on the small desk and smiled.

"I'm sorry..." I muttered.

I felt a little lightheaded. I fell to the ground with a thud, and voices and darkness came nearer.

I had done the right thing.

I think.

Didn't I?

Victor's POV

"He's an idiot."

"What?"

"Oh. Your awake."

I blinked and looked around the room and streched. I felt much better. I didn't feel dizzy at all. I was a bit groggy because I slept for a long time. I stared at the bed where Omega was supposed to be.

"Wheres Omega?"

"Uh..." Ethan glanced at the medic standing to the side.

I narrowed my eyes.

"He's in surgery. I'm afraid he's hurt badly of a overdose of power."

"Why?"

"He made your blood. Apparently he found the papers with your blood type and stuff like that."

I sighed. "So?"

"Critical damage to his lungs. Also his heart was damaged sonehow. Not sure about that."

He stared at me with his hard golden eyes. "Atleast you take this in well. Omega freaked when he found out you were hurt."

I rubbed my face. "Is there a chance of dying?"

"Uh...."

I glared at him.

"He's most likely going to die. He has to be very, very strong to hold out."

"He is."

He sighed. "I know he is. I saw his little show of killing Alex." He glanced at me. "Aren't you even scared? He seems to have mental problems."

I tucked my knees in. "Who wouldn't be scared?"

"You know you don't have to be his doctor. You could give up."

"I can't."

"Why? Because he's going to hurt you if you give up?"

I sighed. "Because he's the last person in the world to do that to me. You wouldn't know it, but he never cried. He never said anything bad about anybody. All he did was trained. He's hardworking. I didn't even know he had such strong powers, much less those powers that killed Alex so painfully." I sighed. "He hurt Alex as much as Alex hurt him. He didn't do anything wrong."

"What about Greg and the others?"

"Others kill too."

He bit his lip. "You have a point. But really, its hard to think Omega as nice."

"You know he had a past like you Ethan."

"Of course."

"He never told me. And now I know."
