"Edgardo! What brings you here?" malakas na boses ni daddy ang narinig ko nang may pumasok na bisita. 

Isang kasing edad niyang lalaki na naka-business suit attire ang dumating at niyakap si Daddy. 

"Am I not allowed to visit my best friend, huh,Henrick?" tumatawang tanong nito at umupo sa aming sofa. 

Narito ako sa hagdan, nakaupo, sapagkat ayoko silang maistorbo dahil ang sabi ni mom ay huwag daw ako magpakalat-kalat kapag may bisita sila. 

Tita Maddy is not my real mom. She's my step-mom, but I was taught to call her Mom all the time. Wala naman akong karapatan tumanggi. 

My mother is so much better, but she died of suicide, she cannot take that our company is losing investors and it made her so much stressed. She was the one in control of our business that's why when she left us, the company sunk even more. Dad, on the other hand, has no idea on how to run the company. One of the reasons why he married tita Maddy as she was a daughter of one of our biggest investors. 

But even with the help of tita Maddy's family, the company cannot recover completely. It hit the ground when the news of us, getting scammed billions, resurfaced."

Summer!" Napatalon ako ng tawagin ako ni dad.

B-bakit? Papagalitan ba niya ko dahil nakikinig ako sa usapan nila? 

Iminuwestra nito na lumapit ako sa kanila. 

"Ito na ba si Summer? Ang laki mo na hija," the old man smiled at me.

"Ito nga pala ang Tito Edgardo mo, Summer. Sila ang may-ari ng Esquivel Construction Co. Ltd.," pagpapakilala nito sa akin. I just smiled and left immediately. 

Ang sabi ay 'wag ako magpapakita 'pag may bisita sila kaya feeling ko kung nagtagal ako roon ay papagalitan ako.Nakahiga sa kama, naisipan kong mag-check ng Instagram. Nabo-bore na ko dito sa bahay, sana may pasok na lang ulit. 

I checked my instagram account when I notice I am almost at 700k followers. Most of them are following me because of my outfit posts and daily life videos. I looked through my notifications.

Natigil ako sa pag s-scroll ng notifications ng marinig ko ang sigawan sa labas.
