She pointed to her man who had become the best Husband God could give a woman.
“And with whom did I end up?" She paused, then exhaled. "I ended up with Troy Humphrey. He was the fantasy I was hoping on. But I don’t regret it, I learnt something from him; a fantasy world can never be forced into reality.” she pointed out.
“I was wronged to have stabbed you with a fork, I apologize for that silly act and I wish you a happy life.” She apologized.
“To my fans, sometimes breaks aren’t all that bad. They give us the breakthrough we need. It gives us fresh perspective to things and it helps us set our priority straight. I learnt a lot during the short time I was away, I had some adventures, I tried something new, I made new friends and of course, I got married to the most amazing man in the world.” She flashed a smile to her husband who was sitting at the corner as she broke the news to the press, holding up their cameras and mics.
“It was a break with breakthroughs for me. I hope you find yours.” She concluded. Amidst the camera flashes and the chattering reporters, Samuel climbed the stage to help her down from the podium.
“Mrs. Wright.” He called after she came down.
She loved the sound of it; finally, her Mr. Right was standing in front of her. He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her. There and then it struck her; this was indeed, her very own HAPPY EVER AFTER.
