A few weeks had passed since the news of the fight had spread all over school. According to the Headmaster, there were still no leads on who had sent out the picture. I was convinced that it had to be Taylour or Eleanor, but in this situation, it was my word against theirs and there was absolutely no proof. The Headmaster kept her word as to getting the picture off of the server which was completely fulfilled by the day after it was out. All the rumors about me had died down by force. There was a rule that was implemented that anyone who teased me or made my life uncomfortable had the risk of being expelled, and I'm assuming that no one wanted to take that risk, because students were afraid to even stare at me for too long, and that was okay. Before I knew it, I was back to being invisible and school was going how I had always dreamed it would be when I was in High School.

It had been approximately a month since I had been attending this university, and for the first time I finally felt like there was a possibility that I had it all figured out. Mostly thanks to the help of my study buddy Alaric, I was acing tests and was very focused on my school work altogether, because of Sara and Hazel I had somewhat of a social life, assuming that two friends counted as being social, I figured that it was better than having Zero friends.

I'd been spending majority of my time at Sara's apartment in order to avoid anymore confrontation with Eleanor and Taylour and everything seemed to be working out in my favor. Finally, everything was calm and I was living the life of a normal, average teenager. Hopefully the next semester would have been smoother, Hazel and I had discussed that we were going to apply to be roommates, meanwhile I was all up in Sara's personal space, although she expressed to me that it wasn't a problem.

"I can't believe that you scored higher on that test than me," Alaric said to me as we exited the class. We had just received the results of a math's test that we did last week.

"Are you jealous?" I taunted.

"Jealous? Nah," he smiled and averted his eyes "Okay maybe a little bit."

"I thought so," I said.

"I'm also proud of you, a couple of weeks ago you would have never thought that you were going to make it, and look at you now," he grinned.

"Thanks," I smiled softly.

"So.... what are we getting for lunch today?" He asked me. For the past days, Alaric and I had not only been studying together we had also been spending time together after we studied. He had decided that he was going to help me to get to know the surroundings. Everyday we went to a different place to eat, since after the day we went to the diner.

"I think we have exhausted the places that we can go to," I chuckled. I didn't know much about the place, but Alaric and I studied together almost every day, sometimes twice in one day, were there even more places that we could go?

"I know right," he chuckled, then he pulled out his phone to make a call. "Give me a moment," he said to me. "Hey, did you cook today? What did you cook?" he was talking on the phone, the voice on the other end sounded female, who was he talking to? "Are you home?... did you make a lot of food? Okay bye, love you." Love you? I thought, was he going to his girlfriend's house? I knew this guy was too good to be true. My mind was going 100 miles per minute. Stop it Sophia, Stop jumping too conclusions.

"I have one place in mind that we haven't been to." He said as he hung up the phone.

"Where is that?" I said still trying to push the thought out of my head that he was going to take me to his girlfriend's house and introduce me to her and let me eat her food. That would have been jaw dropping, but if that was the case why should I even be upset, it's not like I was interested in Alaric, or was I?
