"Since you've got a car now and daddy don't have to fetch me from your place no longer, could I perhaps stay later?" I asked hopefully.
"Nah," he said with a frown "should probably stick to curfew, wouldn't want your parents to think we're up to no good."
My face fell. "I just don't understand why our parents cant just trust us." I added a pout.
"Well, it depends." He said moving closer. "Should they trust us?" His hands now encircled my waist and his eyes were on my lips.
"Ha!" I laughed, twirling away from him."No chance, Romeo."
"Well" He huffed, but with a smile on his face. "Yer parents can definitely trust you. Let's get ice cream on the way home."
