*Sadie's POV*

"C'mon Sadie, it's time for the mission." Nat says, walking into my room. I groan and pack my bag. Nat,Steve, and I are going to go save some people who are being held hostage by a terrorist group. Even though I'm only a teenager I'm apart of SHIELD.

We get on the helicarrier and go to the location. Steve was going over the plan with Nat and I. "So Natasha, you will go and clear the outside perimeter, while Sadie and I get inside, then you will meet us there. Okay?" We nod and suit up. I have an outfit like Nats but I have boots with heels on it. Nat leaves and runs the perimeter and I'm standing next to Steve.

I must've had a scared look on my face because Steve grabbed my hand. "It's going to be ok Sadie, we can do it." I nod and see Nat give us a sign to go. We sprint for the doors as Steve throws his shield and breaks the lock. I run ahead and into a deserted hallway. I could see men come around the corner with guns. 'Let the fun commence.' I think to myself.

Steve this his shield at a man and he goes down. I grab my gun and start shooting people. They fall to the ground like flies. I jump over them and go to where they're hiding the hostages. Behind me I hear Nat following close behind. A couple men were stationed on our way but we took them down easily. Finally we see about 6 or 7 officers tied up and in the corner of a room.

There were men with guns stationed around them. Steve came up behind us and said "Ok I can see the man in charge at the control center up there, I can take him down. You two can get the three around the hostages. The helicarrier is moving closer so we can transport the people. Okay?" We nod and run in. I shoot down a man and another charges at me. He pushed me to the ground and hits me.

I knee him where the sun don't shine and he gets off of me. Nat grabbed the people an directed them out of there. I helped, not caring about the man I kicked. I didn't know he had come up behind me with a gun, but when I felt a pain in my shoulder I knew. Screaming out in pain, I fall to the ground clutching my shoulder. I could hear Steve calling my name but it was very faint.

I look up and see him standing over me with pain filled eyes. He gently lifts me in the air and carries me to the helicarrier. Blood was pouring out of my wound and the pain was unbearable. Finally we get in the helicarrier and nurses get to work on my shoulder. Steve stayed with me through the entire procedure trying to comfort me. When it was over I leaned against Steve and let out a sigh of relief. "Shhh it's alright Sadie, we're going home." Steve says quietly. Slowly I drift into sleep not caring about a thing.
