It was all over the news the next day.

12-year-old boy was found in an isolated street covered in blood and deep wounds.

He lived for a few hours before his body couldn't take it and he finally died.

His last words were:

     "The twins..."

He never got to finish his sentence before his body gave out on the hospital bed. The police however just arrived at the crime scene, that part of the street had been blocked out of reach in order for the investigators to search for any prints and evidence.

Was he murdered or did he commit suicide? The buildings were low, so there was a possibility, but the truth stir guilt in Janet's stomach. She looked over at Lucy's expression as she watched the CNN news. She was picking her lip with her fingers and her leg was shaking as she glared at the TV, her eyebrows shaking ever so slightly. There was no way their secret could be kept for long with Lucy acting like this.

Alice had left the two to check out the crime scene and to assist Jason's mother, Megan, since they had become friends. Jason's last words would get the twins into some serious trouble.

Janet sighed and switched off the TV with the remote. Lucy gasped and glared now at Janet for turning the TV off.

"We don't need to listen anymore." Janet said casually as she fold her arms and relaxed back into the couch.

"How could you act so calm?" Lucy asked in awe.

"If you want to keep something a secret, keep it inside, don't show the whole world through your facial expressions. That's something you need to learn fast."

Lucy turned her head back, "they're going to ask us questions."

"Let me do the talking."

"What if they interview us separately?"

Janet looked at Lucy, "you would know what to say."

A knock on the door caught the twins off guard. Lucy opened the door to see tall police officers standing with their intimidatingly sharp faces.

"You're coming with us." They said. They arrested Lucy and Janet and took them away. Janet saw this coming, her expression was calm inside and out. Lucy however was panicking in the inside but she tried to be as calm and as clueless as Janet but failed when tears gathered in her eyes.

"It was a suicide." Janet whispered to Lucy in the back of the police car, as they sat next to their mother who was tensed with rage.

Lucy nodded her head and they continued on to their journey.
