"Yo Steve-o we're back." Amethyst announced as the Crystal Gems descended from the warp pad. No answer. "Steven?" she headed towards his bedroom. "Amethyst where are going? Amethyst?" she ignored Pearl and entered Steven's room. Steven was rolling on his bed doing his happy dance. He finally stopped and just laid there a shit eating grin on his face. "FUCKING finally." he breathed.
"Wow big words buddy." he gasped and sat upright his fears becoming a reality. Amethyst stood there, her hands on her hips and a knowing smile on her face. "Lars was here wasn't he?" he nodded. "Did you smooch?" he shook his head vigorously in denial. "One day I will see you guys kiss and when I do I'm gonna take a picture and add it to the picture slide for your wedding." he nearly fainted. "Wedding!?!" this conversation was going way too fast. Yes he had a crush on Lars but it wasn't enough for him to want to marry! Besides he's probably going to marry Sadie as he's constantly going home to her. Didn't he say he knew Steven had orgasmed because Sadie did the same thing? They probably were married. He shuddered at the thought. He didn't want to break them up. Stop thinking about it he told his mind, so it did.
"Yeah. Wedding. When two people who love each other swear undying love. Ruby and Sapphire got married. Have you forgotten?" she looked amused. "I know what a wedding is but I don't want to marry him..." she frowned. "Connie then?" he wanted to puke. "Connie's my friend!" she smiled. "Trust me buddy you want to marry that boy." she then left the room leaving Steven deep in thought. He didn't want to marry Lars...did he?
