"Sara. How's Kanna looking...?" Reko asked.
"It looks like she's passed out..."
"Dammit, this is some messed up shit! She DIED...?! What the hell'd this poor girl do, huh?! Does this culprit even got a heart?!"
"Seems like...this isn't some joke or a prank."
"No shit, Sherlock." [Name] rolled their eyes. "If this was a prank, no one would've died...probably."
"I...I don't like this...this is too awful...just too..." Nao cut herself off, rubbing her arms for slight comfort.
"Hey now, everybody, don't lose your cool." Keiji tried to speak up. "You've got your friendly policeman here."
"Hey, Keiji! You're the reliable one here! What should we do?!"
The blond policeman looked at Joe with slight surprise. "...You've sure changed your tune. Well, first things first. Why don't we confirm what each of us has found in this place so far?"
"That sounds like a good plan." Kai agreed.
With that, Q-Taro spoke up and brought out the box from his First Trial. Everyone gathered around him while [Name] moved off to the side, walking towards Kanna's unconscious body. Reko sat next to her to keep watch.
"So, she's alright?" [Name] asked.
"Yeah, she seems okay for now. Damn, whatever happened there must've been traumatic as hell, seeing as she's passed out." Reko grumbled, running a gloved hand through her dyed locks. "I swear I'll beat the shit out of whoever's running this crap.."
They nodded. "Yeah, same here. I'm sure we'll be able to find some stuff about this place, no doubt. Uh, this may be a weird question, but do you mind if I check Kanna's pockets? She might have something from her First Trial."
"...I guess it's fine. Go ahead."
"Sorry for digging through your pockets Kanna, but this'll make things quicker." [Name] internally apologized before quickly grabbing a key from one of her skirt pockets.
"Ah, a key."
"Oh, so she did have something? Cool."
"I'm gonna head back to the others now, Reko. See ya later." Reko waved from her spot as [Name] headed back to the others as they were using the keys.
"Hey, I got one from Kanna. Here ya go." They plopped a red key in Sara's hands.
"Ah, thank you." Sara turned the three keys, making the box lid open with a click. "It's open...!"
"Alright, this might be dangerous, so leave it to the policeman." Keiji stepped forward, taking the box from Sara and opening the lid. "Ah, you might not wanna look—"
Unfortunately for him, they already saw the head before he could warn them, causing a few people to scream and yell.
"Wait...isn't it just a doll?" Sou pointed out.
"Huh?!"
"Yeah, he's right. There's no dried blood or anything." [Name] spoke up, poking the cheek of the doll's head. "The skin feels pretty soft though, like legit skin."
"You touched it...?!" Joe shouted, his eyes widened.
"Hm...there's a letter too." Keiji took out a piece of paper after placing the box down carefully. "Find my body, bring me back, for I don't have arms or legs...?"
"Where could the body be?" Kai wondered.
"Do we even need to find it, meow? This could be a trap, woof!" Gin pointed out.
"That's true. I don't think there's any need to do what the letter says..." Sou agreed. "Think it's about time we search outside of this room?"
There were murmurs of disapproval through the group, most cautious and wary. Joe suggested to work in groups, and so everyone decided to split up to explore. Nao and Reko stayed behind to look after Kanna.
"...I'll head to the blue room first." [Name] decided, speed-walking to the game room before the group finished talking. "I'll get this done quicker if I explore on my own."

Surprisingly, they got to the room before anyone else, seeing as the room was still empty.
"The layout is still the same, all the dolls are sitting here with four empty seats." [Name] noted. "Huh? What's this?"
Noticing something on top of one of the empty chairs, they picked it up. "A journal...? This is different." There was also a small post-it note that came along with it, and so they began to read it.
"To Mx. [Last Name], please take this to help you on your playthrough."
"What are you doing?" A voice asked from the entrance, startling [Name] a bit. They quickly ripped the post-it off, turning around to see Keiji.
"Oh, I found a notebook laying here. Thought it might be of some use, but it's just blank." They calmly replied, holding up the item.
"Hm...you should keep it, [Name]." Keiji decided after flipping through the empty journal.
"Eh? Why?" They tilted their head.
"Did he see the note?!"
He shrugged. "No real reason, just thought that you might need it more than I do. You're smart."
"...Alright, thanks." He handed it back to them, then turned to observe the dolls in the room.
"At least I don't have to ask him if I could hold on to it, ahaha....that would be suspicious."
Soon enough, Joe, Q-Taro, and Kai walked into the room as well. Everyone continued to look around the rooms for any clues. [Name] walked over to Joe, who was looking up at the large painting in the room.
"Whatcha' looking at, Joe?"
"Oh, [name]!" He waved as they approached him. "Was just checkin' out this painting here, looks kinda cool, don'tcha think?"
"...Yeah, I guess so." [Name] looked up as well, staring at the picture of a man tipping his hat, a cigarette in his mouth.
"Meister is still a mystery...why doesn't Midori like him...? It's possible they are the same person since he said it was just a video call...but I feel like they're different people."
With nothing else in the room to be explored, [Name] decided to leave, journal in hand.
"Russian roulette probably won't activate until there's only 5 people in the room, anyway...that's why once Shin left, the bars blocked the entrance. Also, I don't have the revolver and dummy bullets on me." They muttered quietly. "Where should I go next?"
"Hm...let's check the bar's chalkboard. I should check for myself whether I'm actually in the participant/candidate list or not."
