Yawning, [Name] recapped the ballpoint pen and placed it on the desk in their room along with the journal.

"Probably should go outside now." They muttered groggily. "Some people should be awake right about now, anyway."

Standing up, [Name] walked outside their bedroom, locking the door before heading to the lobby. They immediately squinted once arriving.

"Ugh, bright..."

"...Is that you, [Name]?" A familiar voice asked, making them turn around.

"Oh, good...morning, Reko." They replied, waving. "At least, I think it's morning..."

"[Name]! You're awake, I see...!" Nao popped up from behind the vocalist, softly smiling. "How are you...?"

"...I'm doing better than some other people here, to say the least." They shrugged, sighing. "Sara awake yet?"

"Nope. Pretty sure she's still in her room, resting." Reko muttered. "The girl definitely needs it..."

"Yeah..."

The two waved as [Name] left the lobby to look around the third floor.

"Might as well, if Sara's not up yet."

Walking to another hallway, [Name] found themselves in a completely trashed corridor. Wood planks and metal were strewn about on the floor.

"Yeesh...more dangerous than I thought." They mumbled, stepping over a broken door. Moving towards the left side of the hallway, they turned their head to an unnatural gap in the wall.

"Is this...?" Stepping closer, [Name] ran their hand along the cracks of the crevice, trying to peek inside. "It's really dark...could this be the Room of Rubble?"

"I probably shouldn't go inside...someone might see." They decided to step away from the gap, leaving the Ruined Corridor.

[Name] walked into a more natural area next. "Oh, hey Alice."

The prisoner glanced up from his seat, eyeing them with a firm stare. "[Name] [Last Name]...correct?"

They sweat-dropped at his formal tone. "Yeah, but I'm just fine being called [Name]."

"....." He glanced to the courtyard next to them. "[Name] [Last Name]...why do you suppose there is a courtyard here?"

"Hm?" They observed the plants and the blue sky. "I dunno...but it's probably fake, to be honest."

"I see...so you agree, then." He scoffed. "This place is nothing more than a prison. Fooling yourself into thinking those were real...will only bring you deeper into delusions."

[Name] stared at him, making the man flinch. "W-What is it? Did I happen to say something that offended you?"

"...You should be an author or something, dude." They chuckled, shaking their head.

"Hmph. Go already, I have no need to speak to you anymore." He grumbled, shooing them away.

"Alice talks like he's reading fucking Shakespeare, pfft..." [Name] snickered under their breath, leaving the Relaxation Room. "Next thing you know, he's gonna be in Bungou Stray Dogs..."

The final place they ended up in was a room that had a wall covered in monitors. A control panel sat in front of the screens, containing simple instructions on how to work the systems.

Looking towards the back of the room, Kanna flinched upon locking glances with [Name].

"...!"
"Oh, you're awake, Kanna? Good morning, I guess."
