Chapter 24 ||School's out ||

Ash P.O.V

Before the movie started we sat down in this order: Luke, Calum, Cass, me and Michael. All the boys wanted us to sit like this. Reason? I don't know.

"Shut up Stacy!" I hear a girl tease playfully making Cass jerk her head into the direction of the voice.

"God it's Rebecca and her minions." She says rolling her eyes and eating a gummy worm. Cass looked like a little kid who got annoyed and started eating candy.

"Ugh, at least it's the movies so they'll have to shut up." Luke says calming her down.

The girls start making their way towards us. Cass was right, always go for the middle. I wrapped my arm around her as a sign for them to back off. "Oh hey cutie." Rebecca said to me. "What do you want?" I snapped.

"Nothing, I just wanted to tell you that I'll take you back." She said smiling taking a sip of a giant bottle of soda. With this Cass raised her eyebrows and snarled at her. "What? I don't want you back." I said.

"Whatever, I don't care." She said flipping her hazel-ish colored hair and walked past us and take a seat. You could tell she cared. "Ignore them, well her, but they suck." I whisper to Cass.

"Cass, I dare you to scream 'this better be cheesy as fuck' before the movie starts." Michael whispers.

"Ha okay." She says giggling. I giggle in return and she smiles. A couple of previews pass by and they seem like cool movies to watch.

The movie starts with the paramount logo and Cass instantly screams "THIS BETTER BE CHEESY AS FUCK!!!" We all try not to burst out laughing when someone yelled back to tell her to shut up. She starts smiling and the movie officially begins.

When the vision part happened she whispered "Ha this will be awesome." I smile chewing on popcorn. There was this really intense moment where it was gory and Cass jumped making some popcorn fly around. "You alright?" I ask giggling. She nods and hangs on to my arm. I giggle and turn to the screen.

The movie ends and Cass stands up clapping. "What a weirdo, clapping after a movie is over." I hear Rebecca whisper this to her friends. Luckily Cass doesn't hear this. I glare at Rebecca until she notices me. "Did your pretty eyes get stuck on me?" I nearly ran to her and slapped her. I couldn't do that.

"Say something like that again and you'll regret it." I sass and we all walk out the theater. I really don't understand why people are so mean to Cass.

We walk to the car and make fun of the movie. It was interesting and all but cheesy. Cheesy movies are like the best.

We sit the same way as we did coming here. "So umm I found out that Hot Chelle Rae is having an Australian tour. If they see how amazing you guys are, you could tour with them." Cass says playing with her fingers. "OH MY GOD! WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Michael yells really excited.

"Whoa, chill. I asked them if they'd like or manage to go and see you preform. " She said smiling.

"So what does that mean?" Calum asks.

"It means that you might be here for a while before you might have a chance to tour with them. It also means they may not be able to see you but you guys have plenty of chances." She explained. She knew what she was getting herself into. I could clearly see it but I didn't want to point it out either.

We go home and go to sleep for tomorrow was the last day of school. That passed our minds. Out of all we've been through and tomorrow was our last day of school? Wow, I seriously hope I paid attention in class.

I wake up and change. I dress into jeans, a Batman shirt and a beanie. Michael and Luke live sort of close to me so I always pick them up and drop them off at school. A couple minutes after, Cass drives Calum and herself to school. We had a small test and the rest of the day we didn't do much.

At the end of the day there where a ton of people taking pictures, signing yearbooks and surprisingly, crying. I hop in my car to pick up the boys. I get there and see them hanging out in Cass' car. She looks stunning. Cass wore her usual style but today was different.

Today was our show. Our little performance was today. We pull up at Cass' house. She hops out her car and runs to the house next door. She knocks and a girl opens up. They talk for a while and they both walk our way. "Who's she?" Michael asks. The girl squeals trying to contain her excitement.

"I'm Denise, a really big fan!" She says smiling.

"She's obviously going to watch you guys play." Cass says opening the shiny car door for Denise. "Oh my god! Calum!" She yells getting in the car and looking at Calum. "Hey." He replies smiling.

We pull up at the hotel and set up our equipment. "Me and Denise are going to be in the audience, I'm recording it. " Cass says holding Denise's hand. We nod, a little nervous to talk.

We walk out on stage and see around 12 people there. Some sweaty old dudes and the rest fans. Then there's Cass and Denise. Cass mouths "you got this" and starts recording us.

The show went smoothly and we took photos to remember that we played there.

Can't wait to see where this summer takes us.
