Feng Jiu decided she would stay with Cheng Yu, after seeing all the things Bai Qian wanted her to wear. After her experience the first time, she would rather avoid Bai Qian all together and act as though she and Cheng Yu had spent every night drinking.

That didn't stop them from being sent over though. Feng Jiu would still have to dress in these over-exuberant gowns and walk around the heavens in the mornings for, "Exercise." But instead, she would end up bumping into men that were strategically placed by Bai Qian.

"Cheng Yu, please could you do me this one favour, I promise to cook anything you want, I'll even get you a weeks supply of Zhe Yan's wine. please?" Feng Jiu pleaded, locking her fingers tightly together.

"Argh, make it a month, and I'll do it for the rest of your stay, You also need to tell Song'er, so he doesn't go attacking any poor sod." Cheng Yu said while looking through the gowns that Bai Qian had sent over.

It was lucky that they were the same size, Cheng Yu was a little taller, but it didn't matter. Feng Jiu had been begging Cheng Yu to do the morning walks in her stead. Wearing the gowns so that she wouldn't have to face the many suitors her Gugu had placed around the paths that circled the Nine Heavens.

Throwing her fists in the air triumphantly, she wrapped her hands around Cheng Yu's arms, squeezing the air out of Cheng Yu's lungs. "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

"I expect that wine to be here for dinner, a month supply!" She said giggling in delight.

With Cheng Yu dressed and ready to go, Feng Jiu decided to wear a lemon-coloured fitted dress, plain but elegant. It was also a colour she rarely wore, but it was growing on her.

"It's been four days already, why are you not spending time alone with him?" Cheng Yu asked again. It stunned Cheng Yu how restraint her friend was around the old rock even though she knew why it was still astonishing considering their past.

Sighing, Feng Jiu knew why she would think like that towards her. She was once a very reckless girl. "I have no need for him for the moment. I have been able to find answers on my own." Although this was the truth, it was because she didn't want to seek out Dong Hua to get the answers. She realised, however, that she was wasting so many hours in her quest to keep away from him.

"Feng Jiu, I know that I tease you, but there is a reason why you are here. You are wasting time being stubborn, don't you lie to me. I know you are avoiding him on purpose." Cheng Yu said with her hands on her hips looking like the big sister she had become.

"I don't know how to act around him." Feng Jiu confessed

"You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for Feng Jiu, are you not a Queen, have you not accomplished many things already and.........." Cheng Yu took a deep breath. "Does Dong Hua Dijun have control over you, Feng Jiu?"

"You're right!" Feng Jiu said wearily, "I guess I could try today."

Patting her on the back, she thought her friend had it hard sometimes when it came to the relationship department, knowing that Feng Jiu loved a man who could not love her back. Cheng Yu wondered if that's why she was a little more tolerant towards Lian Song recently because she had a choice.

From what Si Ming said, Feng Jiu had no choice in the matter; Dong Hua had taken that from her. It wasn't fair on her friend. She still fell in love with him in the end. "Would you want some company later this afternoon?"

"I'll be fine." Feng Jiu said in appreciation.

"Well then, I better go meet your devoted admirers." Cheng Yu said, rubbing her hands together as if she was anticipating some great event.
