Okay so not gonna lie I feel this took a much heavier turn than my normal headcanons, I didn't intend it to when I first started. As I started researching diseases and disorders that made sense for these characters I kinda realized that these characters could actually have some issues, some could be a bit far-fetched, but Imma try and share how I came to each conclusion.

Kai: Impulsivity. So impulsivity is actually a mental disorder with characteristics such as

Hot-headed
Rash
Unpredictable
Unstable

Kai is known for being hot-headed, and I think in a lower setting he can be rash, unpredictable, and unstable at times. He often doesn't plan things out and jumps straight in which has led to issues before. After reading articles about impulsivity to make sure I truly understood what I was talking about, I felt that it matched Kai very well and that he most likely has Impulsivity.

Jay: Asthma. This was, I feel I didn't have enough examples to prove it, but I feel like Jay would definitely have asthma, with him growing up in a junkyard and working on different inventions there is a high chance he spent the majority of his childhood surrounded by different fumes and gasses that could affect his breathing. Now I can't think of an exact time, but I feel that Jay also breaths heavier than the other ninja do within the show, like if they were all running and breathing heavily, Jay is breathing even heavier than the others. And I know asthma can be caused by different reasons than the ones I stated (just me I know) but for Jay I felt those were his reasons. So I personally think Jay has asthma.

Lloyd: Depression. This I feel is not far-fetched at all, depression can be triggered by a myriad of reasons and cause a lot of issues. Depression has different levels as well, I don't think Lloyd is suicidal, but I think he definitely feels depressed. Here are my reasons why... 1. Lloyd most likely felt unloved and unwanted the majority of his childhood, with his mother gone and his dad being trapped in another realm, he was forced to grow up in the school for bad boys where he definitely didn't get a caring figure to show he was wanted. 2. Once he became the green ninja his life was full of heavy expectations and responsibilities and sometimes he wouldn't succeed which only made him feel worse. 3. his dad died, the death of a parent has caused people to fall into heavy depression before and with the other things that played a part in his life, I believe this is another factor. these are only a couple of reasons, but visual evidence of depression is...

Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness

Angry outbursts, irritability, or frustration, even over small matters.

Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as hobbies or sports.

Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort.

Reduced appetite and weight loss or increased cravings for food and weight gain.

Anxiety, agitation, or restlessness.

Slowed thinking, speaking, or body movements.

Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or self-blame.

Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions, and remembering things.

Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts, or suicide.

Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches.

Now I don't think Lloyd has all of these, but some of them really scream out to me. especially the highlighted ones. This could explain his overall tiredness, out of all the ninja he yawns the most, and spends the most time sleeping, he often feels guilty for his past failures as the green ninja, I can't recall which episode, but I remember him being uninterested in the stuff he likes to do, and I know specifically one time in the 5th season Lloyd felt really hopeless and wasn't cheery or happy. Now enough about why I think Lloyd has depression onto the rest.
