RECAP: "Awww I knew it I totally called it, someone owes me money," Penny says, then Emily smiles and says

"They are cute aren't they, but sadly we can't stay here to watch any longer, Hotch just called us in, Reid, we have a case involving Cat Adams..."

Spencer let's go of you, completely unwrapping his arms from you, he turns to look at them, and in between all of them they give weird looks,

"Uhm who is Cat Adams?"

Penny decides to cut in and says,
"Oh she just some girl that's obsessed with Reid"

You raised your eyebrows and cross your arms, you look down to look at Spencer and a worried look grows on his face and quietly whispers,

"Fuck... not again"

You push past the door of the BAU, with Spence, Penny, and Emily, following right behind you, you look around for Hotch and he steps out of his office, he points at Spence and says,

"Reid in my office, we need to talk"

Spence places a hand on your shoulder and gives it a tight squeeze, you smile at him as he runs up the stairs leading to your boss's office, leaving you stranded in the middle of the room along with the girls who were now standing behind you.

You were worried, but you knew that deep down inside you shouldn't be, you were finally in a good place with the man that you've always loved, there shouldn't be any jealousy whatsoever, he loves you and you know it.

About an hour and a half passed by and Spence still didn't come out, you were now sitting at your desk speaking with your team members about what your plans were, Emily was going to make her way to Atlantic City, Derek and Penny no doubt had already planned to go to a club, Rossi was going to make pasta like always, JJ was going to spend her time with Will and her boys, Rossi started to talk but you were zoning out, you completely missed what he was saying, you were wondering about what Hotch was talking about with Spence.

"Hey kid you alright"

You were still zoned out with no expression on your face, staring blankly at the floor,

"Y/N"

"Hmm Oh yeah"

Derek looks at you and squints, he knows you weren't paying attention and asks,

"What were we just talking about right now Y/N?"

" Uhm you guys were talking about our weekends... Sorry, I zoned out, I wasn't paying attention, what's going on what did I miss?"

"Well, we are getting a new agent today, he's from the Fugitive Task Force, and they've been kind enough to let him go so we have a new addition to our team." Rossi repeats

"oh wow, t-that's great, "You say unexcitedly, Derek looks at you and says

"Wow, you could try to be more excited Y/N", You look up at Derek who was leaning on your desk, you give him a sarcastic smile and then say

" No come on guys I am, it's just, aren't we supposed to be going through this case with Hotch, he's had Reid in there for more than an hour, are you guys not worried?"
