The night went by and as weird as it may sound, there's no other people I'd rather spend my time with. I've only met these people once but they've exceeded all of my expectations and I just want to hang out with them every day.

It was only the next day when I got a text from JJ just as I was heading to the BAU to pick up Lucy for lunch.

JJ: the girls, Reid and I are gonna go get some lunch. Wanna come along? xx

Me: I was actually on my way to the BAU to pick up Lucy but thank you! I'd love to tag along xx

JJ: she has to stay for her break to do extra work sorry but at least your journey will be worth it, just meet us outside xx

JJ: see you soon, love xx

I grinned to myself as I sat in the back of my cab, my excitement increasing with each moment.

My cab stopped outside of the BAU where I spotted JJ, Emily, Penelope and Reid stood in a conversation as they noticeably waited for me.

I lifted myself out of the cab and quickly made my way over to them.

"hey guys" I smiled, joining the group.

"hey pretty!" Penelope exclaimed, pulling me in for a hug.

It startled me but I quickly reciprocated the action.

"hey beaut, you ready for lunch?" JJ wondered as Emily and Reid sent me a small wave.

"what are we getting?" I wondered.

"well actually there's a brand new sushi place roughly 9.7 minutes away from here" Reid suggested.

I stared at him, almost amazed at the estimated time.

"you'll get used to it" Emily chuckled, noticing my expression.

"so is everyone down for sushi?" Penelope wondered, all of us nodding in unison.

"Doctor Reid, lead the way!" JJ exclaimed as he began walking in front of us, leading the group.

I found myself walking by Spencers side, the other girls walking shortly behind.

I'm a naturally fast walker so I wasn't surprised that I was in the front but I'd never met anyone, truly anyone, who could keep up with me like that.

I always had to purposely walk slower because Lucy would get annoyed when I'd speed past her in excitement sometimes but damn this boy is a fast walker.

"here" I heard Spencer mutter beside me.

I turned my head mid walk and noticed him take a book out of his shoulder bag.

The Narrative of John Smith.

I smiled softly to myself before taking it from his hands, staring down at the cover.

"thank you, I'll give it back when I'm finished" I smiled at the boy.

"don't bother, I have 4 other copies" he stated.

"why 4?" I wondered.

"there are four different versions of the book. Four completely different but equally beautiful covers, so i had to buy all 4" he explained.

"but you just gave me this one" I frowned.

"that one's my favourite so I have another copy of that cover. I've already said you can keep it so don't worry about it" he shook his head.

I looked back down at the book once more.

A old-fashioned looking red door was largely pictured on the cover, the title of the book covering the majority of the bottom of the page.

It is nice.

I smiled once again at the novel before sliding it into my own bag.

"what are you two whispering about?" Emily wondered from behind us.

"we were talking about books last night so he gave me one to read" I turned back to the brunette.

"awh we've found pretty boy another nerd to nerd with" Garcia pouted causing me to chuckle lightly.

We continued walking in a comfortable since before reaching the sushi place that Spencer was leading us to.

It was actually a pretty nice place, a very cute little place.

We took a seat in a little booth; JJ, Garcia and I on one side, Emily and Reid on the other.

Garcia kindly took our orders and went to the bar to request our meals.

The table fell into conversation, I joined in every so often but couldn't stop humming this song I had heard the other day, it was a classical piece that must have been playing in my apartment building.

It was some classical piece that was stuck in my head, it must've been playing in my apartment building.

"are you humming La Cathédral Engloutie by Claude Debussy?" Spencer turned to me suddenly.

"what?" I turned to him.

"you're humming La Cathédral Engloutie by Claude Debussy" his eyes were bright and interested.

"oh.. uh I guess I was" I chuckled lightly.

"oh god, there's two of them now" Emily joked, referencing the similarities between Reid and I.

"I didn't know you were a classical music fan" he shook his head lightly.

"I'm uh.. I'm not. I just heard it and it got stuck in my head i guess" I chuckled lightly.

"it's a rather complex piece, you must have an ear for music if you've been humming it after hearing it once" he shrugged.

"it's pretty. I like it" I nodded.

"I like it too, it's one of my favourites" Spencer replied.

"interesting" JJ mumbled.

"what's interesting?" I wondered.

"nothing" Emily grinned, answering the question I clearly had asked the blonde.

Okay...

"food and drinks are on their way, my pretties" Garcia grinned, sitting back down at our table.
