"Is she gonna be okay" Alec said panicked a small tear in his eye, he freaked when Kiana did not wake after what happened at magnus's place "Alec give them some room" Izzy said to him trying to pull him away from the bed in which Kiana was passed out on, he shook Izzy off his arm and placed him at the bed next to Kiana again.

"Jace we gotta get him out of here, if anyone finds out what really goes on between them" Jace cut Izzy off "I know I know" Maryse walked into the infirmary looking confused "What happened, Oh my god what happened to her" Maryse said looking at all of them individually her eyes landed on her son his hand tightly holding onto Kiana, she could see the tear stained cheeks and the look in his eye when they made eye contact "Alec" she said sternly "Alec she said even more louder" he looked at her.

"Jace, Izzy get your brother out of here now, the doctors can't help her whilst he's like that" she said pointing back at him, her face filled with concern and disgust Jace's only thought was that she'd figured it out, Jace and Izzy dragged Alec away from Kiana the doctors attaching all sorts of things to her, monitors were beep louder and faster the noise alone setting them all into panic.

"Alec leave now" Maryse said Jace and Izzy pulled him towards the door she came close to us but especially Alec "It's forbidden Alec" Maryse whispered to him Izzy and Jace both heard exactly what she said which now confirmed Jace's previous worry.

7 hours later:

Alec Pov

It's been a few hours since leaving Kiana in the infirmary, I've been sat on this bed for 7 whole hours trying to figure out what the hell has just happened Kiana is a shadowhunter there's no way a blow like that would have made her like this, maybe she hit her head too hard I mean she's not invincible, and my mother is never gonna let me be alone with her again or even near her, just as I was running threw all these scenarios in my head Jace comes running up to my door "Alec, you gotta come now" Jace said panic and sadness in his voice "Its Kiana" he said as two other shadowhunters ran past him towards the way to the infirmary.

I jumped off the bed and ran towards the door Jace didn't move. "Alec it's not good" he said looking me in the eyes "you have to be careful" I pushed him to one side I ran down the corridor moving past different shadowhunters.

I stopped rushing when I came to the doorway of the infirmary my mother and two other leaders were standing opposite Kiana's bed whilst the doctors were pushing up and down on her chest, they were doing CPR.

My whole world was spinning. I stood in shock, I could hear muffled voices of doctors shouting things, the talk of those around me, I felt it, I felt it in my body, in my heart. I could feel her leaving me her life leaving my parbati bond was weakening that only happens for a handful of reasons but death is the most common one.

I heard several voices shout my name some loud, some quiet but the only thing I could hear or see was her limp body and the sounds of the institute doctors saying there was nothing left that they could do.

I walked slowly towards her body everything a blur, her tanned skin now a pale murky colour "Alec no" my mother said coming up to the side of me my dad next to her, I looked at her with tears down my face "let go" I said sternly moving my arm away from her grasp.

The doctors moved away from the bed as I moved closer I could faintly hear Jace clearing the room of people.

"Please don't leave me" I whispered kneeling at the side of the bed "Kia please" I pleaded with her tears pouring down my face "I love you, don't leave me" I held her hand tight placing my head on her stomach, "you can't leave me"

"your all I have" I weep my heart broken into a thousand tiny pieces.
