Chapter 17

Lisa'Pov

She let out a sigh and ran her hands through her hair

"I don't know I just didn't want you to get mad at me if I told you the truth" she said with her head down.

I was about to respond but then  the sound of my friends calling my name interrupted us.

"Lisa c'mon we're leaving" Taeyoung said as he caught up to us "oh hey Irene" he said smiling to her and she smiled waving back to him

"C'mon we should get going" Vince said

"I'll talk to you later" I said not wanting to leave the conversation but my friends were being annoying

"Lisa please no"  she said grabbing my arm

"Hey Irene You should join us" Peter said and the rest of my friends agree

"No she has plans already" I said coldly

"Lisa c'mon" she whined

"Hey ready to go?" The guy asked Irene as he walked our way

"Um actually I ran into some friends is it cool if I just go with them for tonight?"  She said hopefully

I was just staring at this guy down surely he can't be Irene's type? Right?

The guy looked a little mad and disappointed but nodded his head "Yeah that's cool see you at the shoot then" he said

"Thankyou" she said they said goodbye then he waved to our group

"I'm sorry I didn't introduce you guys. This is Suho" she said

"Nice to meet you all" He said "If you all want a pic you can" he said with a smile but my friends just stood their awkwardly

"Um na. We good" Vince said which caused some of friends to silently laugh

"Alright then. See you later Irene" he said while giving my girlfriend a hug and walking away.

"No offense Irene but you can do so much better" Peter said which made my friends laugh

Irene blushed "No no. It's not like that at all. We were just discussing about our new show we're going to work on"  she said

"Like I said you can do better. It goes both ways" Peter said making us laugh again.

"Oh right I forgot you are a celebrity right" Peter said "well I hope you  don't mind ditching your celebrity friends for some  kids like us"

"Trust me you guys are way better than any of those people" she said and my friends awed....

"Aw look at her  being nice" Taeyoung said they all laughed

"C'mon let go to the place" Rose said and we all started walking towards our cars

"Lisa if you want You and Irene can ride together Solo since I see you two need some talking to do"  Rose said whispering to me and I lowly nodded thanking her

Once my friends all got into their cars Irene and I made my way towards my car I opened the door for her without saying a word

I finally went to the driver seat and started the engine and exited the parking lot making my way to next destination

The car was still silent

"Baby" Irene said  in silent voice with her tone sounding as if she  was even scared to talk.

She grabbed my hand that was resting on the glove department and kissed it

"Can I please talk to you now"

I let out a sigh and gave in "okay then" I said

Irene fixed her position on her seat and sat up. She looked like she was trying to process  on how to find the right words

"I didn't tell you because I wasn't sure how you will react"  she said

"Well I thought if I tell you that I'm going to have a dinner with a male idol that you'd get mad at me." She said.

"Irene you're an artist ofcourse I wouldn't get mad at you. Obviously you going to do things for your career I could never stop you doing something you love Yea I'd be a little bothered that it was a guy or someone that I could tell is in intrested in you but I trust you." I said and she let out a breath.

"I'm such am idiot. I should've told you" she said

"You can talk to me. You know this" I said as I made the right turn

"I know it's just. We're still a new couple and we still don't Fully know eachother and I didn't know how you'd take it. Whenever I tell someone I'm doing something solo they either support me or flip out mostly flip out" she said

"Joohyun I will always support you in whatever you want to do if it makes you happy" I told her

"Thankyou" she said kissing the back of my hand while stroking it with her thumb "so does this mean you're not mad at me anymore?" Shs asked

"Oh I'm a little mad" I said she whined "but why" she asked

"Because you lied to me I hate liars. I don't like liars and we've only been together for a month how I'd I know you won't lie to me again" I said

"I promise baby that was the only time I won't do it again" she said

We stopped at the red light and I turned to see her beautiful brown eyes staring at me giving me a pouty face. I grew a smile and let out a breathy laugh and leaned in to kiss her

Her hand found the side of my face and made our kiss a little deeper I was about to deepen it more but then the car behind us honked

"Shit" I said and saw the light turned green and stepped on the gas Irene let out a little giggle and interlaced our fingers.

Time skip
Once we toasted we finished our drinks we decided it was time to go home

"We'll see you at home Lisa" Vince and Taeyoung said as they got into Vince's car

I opened the car door for Irene and then went to my side and entered the car

"Do you want me to drop you off or?" I asked her

"Can I stay with you tonight?" She asked I smile

"I'd like that" I said
