Chapter 16

Irene's Pov

"Ah I'm so excited this sounds like so much fun" Suho  said before taking a sip of fancy wine glass

"I mean I know your  will be great on this Show" he said enthusiastically  I gave him my fakest smile.

"I'm  glad you said Yes beautiful" He said while grabbing my hand making me glare at him I hate it when someone touch me Except Lisa

He immediately let go after seeing my reaction "I have to go bathroom I'll be back"  I said and got up and headed to the ladies room

When I walked into the bathroom I washed my hands and sprinkled a little water in my face.

"Calm down Irene. It's just a collaboration. Your fans will understand" I said to myself

I finally composed myself and looked in the mirror. I was wearing a black top and black skirt that hugged my curves

I decided to take out my phone  and take a picture in a long mirror in the elegant bathroom

Once I liked it what I had I decided to sent it to Lisa and she replied really quick

My Love❤️🌹: How's hanging out with group is going?

I closed my eyes I told her that I was going to hangout with my group tonight cause I know she wouldn't question it but I'm really having a business dinner with another artist. I don't think she'd understand and she'd get the wrong picture

I walked out of the bathroom with my face in my phone trying to come up with a response but then I crashed into someone

"Oh I'm sorry" I said

"No no it's okay it's my bad" I heard a male voice

I looked up to be met with Lisa's friend Vince

"Irene?" He asked

"Um hi" I said awkwardly "what are you doing here"  I stuttered out  but then mentally slapped myself it's a restaurant Irene, people eat here.

"Um we came here to have dinner" he said with a laugh

Wait did he say we?

"We? Is Lisa here with you?"  I asked him hoping he would say no

"Yeah whole group is here you should join us" he said

"Oh I would really really love to but I'm leaving i have a meeting"  I said

"Aw okay well hopefully you can come around again and hang out with us I'll tell Lisa I saw you" he said with an innocent smile.

"No" I yelled out by accident and he stared at me with wide eyed and confused.

"I-i mean can you please not tell her you saw me?" I pleaded..

He was about to say something but shut his mouth confused and nodded

"Uh okay okay" he said

"thank you Vince I really appreciate it" I said

"See you later" he said awkwardly then walked away.

I let out breath that was close now I gotta sneak out of here without Lisa seeing me.

Lisa'Pov

"Ugh I'm stuffed" Rose said as she leaned back in her seat

"Yeah me too" Peter replied

"Thanks for the dinner Vince" Peter said

Vince just nodded and smiled he seemed a little off since he got back from the bathroom

"Let's go in front so that I can pay the bill" Vince said getting up from his seat as we all did

We started making our way to the front desk.

"Vince are you sure you got it? You don't want any help in paying?  I asked him he smiled and shook his head.

"I got it trust me" he said

"Lisa tie my shoe" Rose said while lifting her foot up in the air while she slouched on the red couch.

I put her foot on my knee as I began to tie her shoes for her

"Thankyou"  she said with a smile

"You know you have really small foot what are you kids size" I said jokingly while examining her foot she got annoyed

"Hey shut up" she kicked me causing me to back away which caused me to bump into someone

"Oh I'm sorry" I said while turning around

"No it's oka-" the person got cut off as soon as the familiar brown eyes met mine

"Joohyun?" I said and she awkwardly smiled

"Hi" she said with a guilty face

"Wha-what are you doing here? I thought you were with your members?" I said confused

"Um well-" he sentence was cut off by the tall dude

"Ready to go beautiful?" He asked while standing behind Irene

I raised my eyebrow did I hear correctly?

I scoffed she lied to me and went on a dinner date with  this guy.

I rolled my eyes getting the hint of the situation and shoved my hands into my pocket and shook my head while walking out of the door

"No no Lisa" Irene said

I started walking away from the building

"Lisa Stop please" she pleaded

But I turned her out. I started feeling this ache in my chest and felt my anger rise

"Baby please listen to me" she yelled out once we turned towards the empty parking lot

When she said that I stopped walking causing her to bump into my back I turned around and faced her

"No. Why on earth should I listen to you?" I asked her

"It's not what you think I promise" she said

"It's not that hard to work things out Irene. Just thanks for doing it now instead of when it was  too deep" I said with anger trying walking away

She grabbed my arm forcefully

"I'm not cheating on you I promise. It just a business dinner" she said

I raised my eyebrows "business dinner?" I asked  not believing her

"Yes we're going to work on a show together and we were discussing matters concerning it. I promise nothing else is happening" she said

"Then why lie to me to me if nothing else is happening" I said sceptical
