"You want to eat Sushi?" I asked as soon as we got out of the class.

We had made to Sushi place and as every other restaurant around us it was filled with College students inside

"We can sit outside" Irene suggested  and I didn't see a problem with it

We sat down on one of the outdoor table and waited for the waiter

Irene grabbed my hand From across the table and kissed it

"Thankyou for inviting me today" she said and smiled

"It just a school babe" I said and she laughed

"Yes but I haven't stepped a foot in a school in so long. I left high school at young age. I missed football games , parties , proms and graduation. Let alone the chance to go to college. Coming with you today has made me really happy" she said kissing my hand again

"I'm glad that I can make you happy. you make me happy happier than  I've been in quite lone time" I said and she smiled but then I saw her have a curiousity on her facs

"Who's jay Lisa?" She asked and show me the picture of him and I which was still on my social media

"He was my ex boyfriend" i felt my body tensed up at the thought of jay

"That's my past Irene it's something I don't want to remember anymore. I'm moving forward with my life and I have you now" I said

"Yeah but still I want to know , I want to know your story I want to know what has made you happy and what has made you sad.i want you to show me your scars , tell me your about your pain" she said

I was about to open my mouth but got saved when a waiter approached us

"What will it be loser"  i heard them say I made what the fuck face then looked up and laughed lightly

"I forgot you worked here" I said he laughed

"Yeah well you never visit me" he said then I noticed joohyun staring at us confused

"Oh right joohyun this is my friend Vernon and Vernon this is Joohyun" I said introducing them

"Nice to see Lisa has other friends" he said

I was about to speak up but joohyun said something surprising me instead...

"I'm actually her girlfriend" Irene said and both mine and Vernon's eyes widened

I was not expecting that

"Well then you my friend" he said pointing to me "got yourself someone very beautiful congratulations I'm happy for both of you" he said I smiled "take care of her here , she may come off as a bad ass but she's  actually a big softie" he said and Irene laughed

"So have you two decided on what you wanted" he asked

We gave our orders then he left "He seems Fun" Irene said

"Why weren't you happy for while before I came into your life" she asked

"Jay was my first in everything he was my first like real boyfriend and just my first love in general. I thought that I was going to marry him and have kids with him in the future and that we'd live happily me making art. Him making music." I said and Irene raised her eyebrows

"He made music?" She asked I nodded

"I see someone has a type" she said and I just laughed rolling my eyes
