Chapter 24- Damn car.

Becca's POV

Noah took a picture of us kissing. More like him kissing me.

And then he sent it to Aiden.

And now Aiden's angry with me. I don't know what to do. I didn't see him the whole day at college. Even the other boys didn't know where he was.

Then I came to the parking lot to find him fuming.

Now he's driving as if there is some zombie behind us.

He was driving on the main road now at a very high speed.

"Aiden can you slow down the car?"

"Why did you do it, Becca?"

"I didn't do it. I mean not willingly. But... Aiden can you please slow down the car."

"What did I do wrong? Am I not good enough for you?"

"Aiden you didn't do anything wrong. It's not what you think it is. You're everything I ever need. It's not----"

"Then why did you do it, Rebecca? Why the fuck did you kiss him?" He screamed. He called me Rebecca, not Becca or Cupcake. It made my heart hurt.

"Aiden, slow down the damn car!" I screamed. I know it was my fault but the car was going too fast for my liking.

"Then fucking answer me!" He screamed even louder.

"I went to the library and he came there and started rambling and then kissed me," I screamed back.

"Why didn't you push him away?"

"I was shocked so I stilled."

He turns his head towards me and looked me in the eye.

I looked at him.

We skipped a red light. I saw behind his head and saw a black SUV speeding in our director.

"Aiden watch out!!!"

And then the car hit ours.

Our car skidded on the road and went into the side lane. It flipped around and slides in the grass and we hit a tree.

We were both dangling from our seatbelts. My hands had many scratches from which blood was flowing. My head was pounding and my leg felt numb.

My hands involuntarily went to my stomach. My baby.

God, please let nothing happen to it. Please.

I look towards Aiden and see that he was unconscious he had a cut on his forehead and a lot of cuts on his arms.

I reached my hands forward and touched his cheeks.

"Please don't leave me Aiden."

And then everything blacks out.

My whole body feels numb. I can feel the pain as if I was run over by a truck. I tried to open my eyes or move my hands but I couldn't.

I could hear a few muffled voices and then sleep took over.

I slowly open my eyes and then shut it again due to the bright light.

Then I open them again slowly. After my eyes adjust to the lights I look around.

There were a lot of machines and tubes and medicines and stuff in the room.

Raven was sitting in a chair next to my bed.

I tried to talk but my throat felt dry and hoarse so no voice came out.

I tried to lift my hands but a sharp pain shot up my hands.I groaned which caused Raven to wake up.

Her eyes widened and tears filled them.

"Thank God you're awake. I'm calling the doctor." She said as she clicked some button over my head.

"I ne..ed som...e w..ate..r." I stuttered due to my dry throat.

She poured water into a glass from the bottle beside the bed and gave it to me.

I sipped at it peacefully.

Then all my peace vanished as a thought crossed my mind. Two actually.

Aiden.

And my baby.

"Raven!"

"What happened? Do you need anything?" She asked panicking.

"No, but is my baby alright?"

She looked away and started fidgeting.

"Birdy what happened?"

"Becca ----"

Before she could say anything a doctor came into the room.

She looked like she was in her forties. She had blue eyes and blond hair.

"Oh. Good your awake."

She then did a few other checkups.

"What happened to me? And where's Aiden" I asked at no one in particular.

"Well, sweetie. You were hit by a car and the damages were very bad. You have a cut in your cheeks a broken arm and a broken ankle. And many other scratches. Due to excessive blood loss and pressure to your womb, you had a miscarriage. Sorry, sweetie."

After saying that she injected some medicine into me and walked away.

My hands caress my stomach as tears started flowing from my eyes. I lost my baby.

My baby is dead. I couldn't protect it.

Even though it was still really small I had already developed a kind of connection with it.

Aiden didn't even know about it yet.

"Birdy where's Aiden?"

"He .... Um....he ....."

Becca lost her child. This is why I felt sad for her at the beginning.

Now, will she lose Aiden too? You guys may think that he can't die because how will the story go on if he dies.
