Kelsey and the others stared at Adam and Jared. She knew Jared was dead and that the fuzzy guy took over since his hair had a faint streak of blonde in. But what about Adam? Could he be dead too?
"Adam?" She asked as she went near him, "can you hear me?"
Kelsey then crouched down and she touched Adam's forehead. It was hot and sweaty. Then a vision of her and Adam when they were older flashed before her eyes. She saw them alone in a room. Then Kelsey removed her hand before she saw anything else and she examined him. The wounds were gone and Kelsey noticed that Adam was getting a little muscular and he looked cute. "Remember Kelsey you're twenty and he's fifteen," she reminded herself with her face burning.

"Adam, wake up please," she heard Randal say beside her.
"What if he doesn't wake up?" Logan asked, "then what?"
"Then we follow who ever is next in line," Joshua said.
"But that's you Josh," Naomi added, "we all know you-"
She stopped talking when everyone heard Adam mumble something.

"Stop acting like I'm really dead," Adam muttered as he opened his eyes, "cause I'm not."
Everyone sighed in relief and Adam felt his dad hug him.
"What happened to Jared?" Adam asked as he let go of his dad and he saw that Jared was gone.
No one answered and he scanned everyone's faces. He noticed that they all looked relieved and Kelsey looked like she'd seen a ghost.
"Kelsey? You alright?" He asked as he placed his hand on her arm.
"I-I'm fine. I just saw a weird vision that I'll talk to you about later," she said with her cheeks turning slightly pink, "anyways. So now what?"

"Yeah. Now what Randal?" Joshua asked.
Adam looked at his dad who ran his fingers through his hair and he handed Adam a tee shirt. Adam put it on.
"Firstly, Adam needs to stay in Owatonna for a week or so until he feels better," Randal started, "while he's doing that. You four will come-"
"No we won't," they all said in unison.

Adam stood up and he stared at Kelsey Logan, Joshua and Naomi. They stood by Adam.
"We're staying here with Adam," Kelsey said, "he's one of us and we need to stick together."
The others agreed and Adam saw his dad smiling. He chuckled.
"I knew it would be hard to break you guys apart," said he, "Logan, Naomi and Joshua you guys are old enough to go with Adam to school but Kelsey you need to stay here with Joan and AnnMarie. And the school got fixed so you're going tomorrow."

Adam saw Kelsey nod her head in understanding and she went out with the others. Now it was just Adam and his dad. They made eye contact and his dad had an apologetic look on his face.
"I forgive you, Dad," Adam said, "I was just upset with you for yelling at me. I'm sorry."
"It's alright. So how's Breanne?" His dad asked him as they walked out.
Adam shrugged his shoulders and he told his dad that he hasn't talked to Bre in a while.
"That'll change tomorrow. Trust me," Randal told Adam.
And boy was his dad right.

The next day Logan, Naomi, Joshua and Adam rode to school in style. They all rode their hoverboards/skateboards and all of them wore something unique to match their style. Joshua wore a blue polo shirt, khaki shorts and flip-flops, Naomi had on a light pink tank top, white shorts and red tennis shoes and had a red streak in her blonde hair, Logan's attire was cut off denim shorts from old pants, flip-flops and a orange shirt. Adam wore denim shorts, black high tops, and a striped red shirt. The four of them arrived at school and they were undercover incase Jared shows up.
"Ready?" Logan asked everyone as he changed his hoverboard into a skateboard.
Adam and the others shook their heads 'yes' and they shouldered their backpacks as they went inside. When inside, the whole school stopped and stared as the four of them walked by. Adam reached his locker and he put his skateboard and backpack inside, his friends did the same to their own locker. He grabbed his history book. Adam froze when he heard Mrs. Mills whisper,
"You won't be needing that, Flames."

Adam turned around and he stared at his teacher. "How does she know my code name?!" He thought.
"It's okay. I won't tell anyone else," Mrs. Mills reassured him, "you don't need your history book since we'll be playing games. In fact, all of the teachers will have their students play games related to the subject."
Adam nodded his head and he and his friends and the other students in her class followed their teacher to the room. They went in and they played games for half an hour.
