It was a bit hard to work with the materials since they were so much larger than me, but it was also fun. When it got to dinner time we both ate the rest of the soup on the table together. As night came we were still in the bedroom. Peter was almost finished with the cleaning and I took a break from sewing and was now just laying on the pillow.
"Ah, I'm finally done," Peter said, breaking the silence. "Took all day, but it finally looks presentable now."
I looked around and was impressed. Though suddenly a thought came into my head. In response, I said sarcastically, "I gotta say you did a pretty good job." while I was slowly clapping my hands.
"Are you mocking me?" he said.
"Maybe," I said with a smirk. When I finished he quickly grapped me by my feet and swung me over to the front of his face. I squicked but when I saw his face it was playful and full with joy. He had joined my game.
"Apologize," he said smiling.
"Make me, big guy," I said snarkily back.
"Yeah will see which one of us gives in first." and with that he started to walk out of the house. The outside was beautiful with countless stars lighting up the forest around his house. "Last chance do you give in?"
"Hit me with your best shot!" I said. He was quiet after that and a mischievous smile began to form on his lips. Suddenly he throwed me high up into the air. I spinned and wobbled all around while I tried to regain balance. When the fall happened everything became blurry as the ground came closer by the milliseconds. It all then became black as I felt my body getting grabbed tightly by his hand. He opened when I was right at his face.
"Ready to surrender," he said. My heart was racing and my body was shaking frantically. He started to look at me worried. I just looked at him angry.
"I'm gonna get my revenge on you one day, just you wait." I said back at him. When he heard that a wave of relief seemed to hit his face.
"I'm sure you are gonna get your chance." he laughed while starting to walk to the front door.
"Wait Peter can we stay outside for a couple of minutes? It is really beautiful outside."
"Sure thing kiddo," he says softly. He found a place he could lay down on the grass and with that we were now both eyeing the night sky. A question quickly was brought to my mind.
"Peter if it is not to personal can I ask you why your eye colour change?" I asked. He thought for a moment before he answered.
"I'm not really sure why to be honest, but whenever I have a strong emotion my eye colour changes. Usually it's a light blue but when I'm sad it becomes darker. When I'm serrios it gets grey and when I'm angry..."
"It becomes red," I said before he could finish. "Wonder how it looks,"
"It's not a pleasant sight. I hope you don't get to see it."
After that we both continued to look at the sky until we both agreed it was time to go to bed. My bed for tonight was the pillow from when I first awoke here. He placed it on the night table beside his bed. As he was about to turn of the candles he said "If there is anything don't be afraid to wake me up, okay?"
"Clear, goodnight Peter," I said softly.
"Goodnight Emma," he replies softly back.
I could hear his soft breaths as I tried to sleep. In a weird way hearing him helped me to feel at ease. Not long after that I started dooze of until I was in a deep slumber.
