Chapter 7

I push him away.

"I'm sorry" he said.
I look at him. I didn't know what to say.
"It's fine" I said.
"Please don't go" he said right back.
I look at him and I could tell he had to tell me something.
"What do you need to tell me Malachai" I asked.

"Josie.. she said she hooked up with sweet pea" he said.
"What" I said.
"Four days ago" he said. I look at him and he could tell I was hurt.

" I have to go" I said.
"I'll text you later maybe" I said to him and I walk out.
I still see Toni, jug, and sweets outside. Sweet pea looks at me up and I don't look at him.
I get on Tonis bike.
"Go" I said.
She started her bike and went to her trailer.

We got home and we both walked in.

"Lil what's wrong".

"Josie is the one who told them to do it".
"She told the boys to hurt fangs because she wanted to send me a message".

"What" she said.
I look at her and start to cry.

"He slept with her a few days ago" I said.
She stayed quiet then jug walks in the door.

"Lil what's wrong" he asked.
"He slept with Josie jug! FOUR DAYS AGO" I said.
He got mad.
I fall into his arms and he hold me.
"Your going to be ok. Just talk to him" he said to me.
That's when F.P walked in and see JugHead hold me and heard me crying.
He stayed quiet.
A few minutes later sweet pea walks in the door.
"Lil" he said.
I look up at him and walk into my room. He comes after me and goes into the room with me and closes the door.

"What's wrong" he said.
I slap him in his face.

"Did you sleep with her" I asked.
"What" he said.

"DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT SLEEP WITH JOSIE FOUR DAYS AGO" I yelled.
He looks at me.
"Lil" he said.

"Oh my god" I said sitting myself on the bed and start to cry.

"It wasn't anything. She kissed me and I was drunk. That's all we did. Only kiss. I thought about it then I pulled away from her. I pushed her away and left" he said.
I look at him. He was telling the truth.
I look back down and walk into the restroom. I grab my phone and he walks behind me.

I text him.

Me: "We have to fake it".

He looks at me confused.

Sp: "What".

Me: fake fight and break up.

Sp: why

Me: for we don't get hurt. I get it now.

Sp: get what.

Me: Malachai told me about his feelings. You can't control feeling but we can. Because we know how to fake them.

Sp: what.

Me: baby I love you but we need to do this. we would still be able to see each other but just us.

Sp: baby I can't stay away from you.

Me: I can't ether.

Sp: :(

I look up at him and I could see tears in his eyes. I give him puppy eyes and get closer to him. I whip his tears away and kiss him.

Me: baby don't cry

Sp: princess

Me: who said we wouldn't sit by each other in our classes.
