returning from my journey, i can see
emptiness followed when you left, man, breathe
wept for days, but you didn't care
eager, always, to have someone there
let me express myself to you, sorry for crying
crying apparently is weak, i'm sorry for trying
over all this time to get you to remember
merely our time together went up in embers
